offer a spacious living area. The kitchenette provides a refrigerator,

stove/oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, and microwave. This unit also features a

porch swing on the balcony overlooking the river. Bedroom has king bed,

sleeper sofa in living room. This unit sleep 2 adults and up to 2 children

comfortably. *Please note, this is a smaller unit as it is intended for two

adults. Our one bedrooms condo do not have a washer and dryer in the unit.





The bedroom is accommodated with a king size bed, in-room 2 person jacuzzi,

and gas fireplace for your enjoyment. Ask for a lovely one bedroom condo that

features a private balcony overlooking the beautiful Little Pigeon River.

The property appeared older but nice. Needs some tender loving care, but would probably stay there again. Convenient to everything.
