Exactly As Described – A Wonderful Stay!

We stayed at this unit for a week with our family and it was absolutely perfect. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the location within the Riverstone Condos on the first level was ideal—just a short walk to the pools and amenities. The listing was exactly as described, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.The amenities at Riverstone were fantastic! Our kids especially loved the indoor pool and lazy river, which they enjoyed every single day. We started each morning with a cup of coffee on the back patio, watching the golfers go by—so peaceful and relaxing.We had no issues at all during our stay. There were plenty of towels, and the kitchen was fully stocked with supplies, including starter items like soaps, trash bags, and coffee. We would absolutely recommend this rental and would love to stay here again!

Perfect stay in pigeon forge

We had a wonderful 5 night stay during the week of thanksgiving. The condo is clean, well-appointed for all your needs, and very conveniently located. My kids enjoyed the bounce pillow, playground, and indoor pool and played in the creek on the property. Highly recommend!

End of summer vacation

Booked this property a week before coming when we changed from a planned beach vacation last minute. It was the best decision! Condo was perfect location for golf, Dollywood, and other fun stuff in town! Enjoyed the lazy river and indoor pool. The condo was clean and comfortable and met all our expectations!

AMAZING STAY!

The building and grounds are so well kept, modern and has such a relaxing scenery and feel. Our hosts were very attentive, but we really didn’t have much of a need to contact them as they had prepared us and the condo to meet our family of 8 needs and even wants! Highly recommend!

Wonderful condo

The location of the condo was perfect. I was skeptical about it being a bottom unit but there still was a nice view of the golf course and the unit was extremely quiet. The condo was spotless when we arrived and the owner was friendly and very easy to contact if needed. We will definitely be staying here again.

Close to everything

We have stayed in this complex numerous times over the years. This condo in particular is beautiful. Furnished with every kitchen gadget imaginable. Luxurious towels and linens also. Comfy beds. Has coffee, detergent, soaps etc. parking is great. Just a short walk to pool and hot tub. We do not like to stay in mountain cabins because if it snows, it is almost impossible to get there. This place is about a block off the parkway, so if it snows, you are good!! Also, you can take a back road and avoid most of the crowded parkway. This place is definitely worth it!!

Even Better in Person!

This place looks absolutely incredible in person - the whole family was impressed with the condo's cleanliness, design, amenities, and luxurious feel. It was so nice we ended up booking another night! Not to mention that the host was on top of responding to texts and accommodated our request to check in early. After getting there, we quickly noticed that this location was the best in the area! I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Dollywood/ Downtown Gatlinburg area.

Fantastic condo

The resort was beautiful. Really appreciated the easy check in, elevators, available luggage carts and the underground parking. The owners gave clear directions for location of condo and easy access code. This condo was beautifully furnished and decorated. Very clean and well stocked, including towels, bathroom hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and hand lotion, just like a first class hotel. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals which we did a few times during our 4 night stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Peaceful Family Retreat

This Riverstone Resort condo was the perfect home base for our family's week exploring the Smoky Mountains/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Communication with our hostess, Autumn, was seamless and she was very accommodating when we needed to shift our stay dates due to a death in the family. A sweet note and breakfast sweets greeted us on our arrival. The condo was spotless and tastefully decorated with luxurious bedding, comfortable beds, plush towels, and room darkening shades. Loved that there were pool towels and even a small cooler. The three bedrooms and ample seating allowed our family of 6 to spread out and relax. We loved that there was enough seating on the porch for us all to play games and eat together. The lazy river was a fun nightly activity after a day of adventures and the kids enjoyed watching the golfers. So much so, we never even turned on the tv's. We did not use the pool, but it looked lovely with the sliding doors open to let the breezes flow through. The resort location was just perfect...minutes from Dollywood, attractions and dining options, although the stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals at the condo. The condo is on the first floor, but we never heard a sound above us. We love to travel and we have stayed at many different places-at some point during the week each child remarked how this was one of their favorite places we've ever stayed-high praise indeed! Thank you, Autumn, for creating such a peaceful retreat!
