So as far as the overall experience it was a good one. But I would have to say that the pool table was in disarray, the pool sticks were crooked and missing pieces so it made it hard to play a solid game of pool to relax. I do understand it is a cabin in the woods but as far as I’m concerned, it could’ve used a cleaning before we showed up. The last person that stayed there was there over a month ago and apparently nobody had been there in between. It was advertised that there was a mini golf game on the porch, which there was, but there was only one plastic golf club, and there were no balls and part of the course was missing. As far as I’m concerned, it should’ve been removed from the listing. On a lighter note, the kitchen had plenty of amenities, as far as utensils and instruments to cook with. The hot tub had to be filled up when we got there the water to me kinda had a little funky smell to it, and there was a lot of debris in it, and due to the fact that the decking and all the furniture outside had to be cleaned by me, a lot of that was tracked into the hot tub,I am sure. overall, not a horrible experience. It was a good experience. Will definitely return to this location just in my opinion some things needed to be addressed like possibly someone going by the cabin before occupancy to make sure that the cobwebs are down and that everything is good working, and that the large picture window, which is the main attraction is clean and not covered in bird poop.
