The room was wonderful, very comfortable and clean. They surprised us with a little welcome dessert and decoration because it was our honeymoon and I thought that was very thoughtful. My first time in Thailand. The room itself was nice. On the negative side, it overlook a mosque. Every 2 hours starting at 5:00am, loud singing was broadcast. As a first time visiting in Thailand, this was not nice. Also the room was all the way to the back with no nice views. First impression are important. This was negative for me.

We stayed for three nights and liked everything about this property. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and spacious (with a balcony), the bathroom was great and the water pressure in the shower was good. There are two locations to have breakfast, we tried them both and were impressed by the variety of foods offered and the quick and efficient service. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, far enough away from the hustle and bustle (and noise) of Bangla Road, but close enough to easily walk there. We would certainly stay here again.

The hotel was very clean and very accommodating. From the minimum we checked in, the staff were extremely nice and smiling the entire time and they even checked this in prior to 3 PM. The amenities in the hotel are great, the big pool with the walk-in bar and the big kitchen that offered tasty food.
