Got in super late and made the reservation near midnight and had no issues. A gentleman named Alexander took great care of me checking me in and making sure I had a nice room a bit removed from the flow of traffic. My service dog was welcomed and we made our way to our room and were able to sleep quite soundly and comfortably. The bed was nice and the room was comfortable and clean. I was even able to charge my car overnight and wake up to a full charge and a great breakfast just outside the building at La Madeleine! Great spot and just removed enough from the freeway to feel a bit like a treat when it was actually quite reasonable! Highly recommend!

When I arrived, the receptionist asked, “What’s up?,” when I was needing to check in. She was not welcoming at all and didn’t explain anything about the hotel, except what time breakfast was. I thought it was quite rude. Breakfast is very limited in choices. Room was clean.

Our stay was 3 nights.We told the front desk DAY 1 (Thurs )within minutes of checking in that our bathroom sink was completely clogged. It was disgusting- each morning to brush our teeth and have my husband shave in a sink that wasn’t draining. I was told it would be fixed ASAP.They did not.Day TWO (Fri) I reminded them again in person.They told us that they had it in the computer that someon had pulled our stopper up and had fixed the problem. NOPE.I told them that was NOT TRUE - the stopper was UP and never was the problem. It still needed fixed. NO ONE CAME .On the third day (Sat.) I talked to them again in person. No one ever came.Day 4 ( SUNDAY )morning my husband DISMANTLED YOUR SINK, pulled the clog out of it and put the sink back together!! I spoke to two people at check out about offering us some type of compensation since we had been unable to use our sink properly for three full days and that my husband had to become a plumber.They said management doesn’t work on the weekends, but I know the girl made a phone call. The manager said that since it was entered in the computer as problem solved on Thursday he could not offer us anything. I said,but that was just not true-I have come down here 3 times in 3 days. We were in town for a family wedding and I certainly did not have time to mess with this. I told the 2 girls at the counter that I hope that they would do the RIGHT THING by my husband and I or that I would be forced to leave a bad review which I am doing .
