This is an absolutely beautiful home. The open design of the kitchen offers plenty of space for preparing meals. The bedrooms are spacious. The house was stocked with all the essentials for a quick getaway.

Top notch stay!!!!!!

Thank you for a great stay! I booked this home almost a year ago. The communication from the very beginning was quick and very thorough. The location was maybe 15 min from the airport and an easy 10 to get to Old Towne. There was more than enough rooms to sleep and be together in. A tv in almost every room at this place… which we used very little but loved all the amenities. Loved the decorations. They were clean and bright and not cheap and cheesy looking. A small thing but it really made the home homey!. The kitchen was a perfect size and fully equipped. We had plenty of ice and cold filtered water from refrigerator every day. The Keurig coffee maker was excellent. There were plenty of outside chairs to enjoy time spent together as a family. The pool was not very clean but we didn’t really swim. I communicated that to the owner and they were going to take care of it. Overall our family really really enjoyed our stay and I will definitely refer this to family and friends. .

Spring Training baseball and golf

Quick trip with 3 friends to watch some Spring trainingBaseball. Play a few rounds of golf and enjoy a couple of nice dinners. This house was perfect for us. CleanWell stocked ..in good area.

Overall excellent communication and living accomodations. Great location to hwy, shopping, ball diamonds etc. Slight huccup with pool and vaccum not working and prior days to the trip windy days that had alot of leaves and sand/gravel in pool. Definayely reccomend location for staying with a group of 4 to 6 comfortably or even 8. Communication and entry was awesome and flawless.

Pool heater did not work!

1: A pool was a high priority and we paid the additional fees to get it heated, but we found out the heater was broken once we got there. Despite frequent communication it never got fixed and the water was too cold for the kids to swim. Also there were 2 cheap lounge chairs around the entire pool.2: The latch on the dryer door was broken and it wouldn’t close. There was one washcloth and only a few hand towels.

Girls Getaway

We stayed at this home for three nights. There were four of us, and we loved that we each had our own bedroom. The house was in a convenient location and the neighborhood was safe and well taken care of. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. A few negatives: there were only two wash cloths in the entire house; the outdoor string lights did not work; there was no opener for the garage door; and the patio furniture felt cheap and uncomfortable. Other than that, our stay was fine.

This was an amazing property, beautiful house, awesome pool, plenty of room for 8 of us. Close to downtown Scottsdale. Communicated very well. I would highly recommend this property to anyone coming to AZ. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

Great House - Great Location

We had a great stay at this well-equipped and comfortable house. The house was clean and nicely updated. They had everything we needed for our stay and we had plenty of room. The location was very convenient to Tempe and Scottsdale, as well as to the highway. I would definitely recommend a stay at this property.

Awesome home - highly recommend

Great vacation rental! Well stocked, comfy beds! Pool towels available. Nice variety of K-cups provided. Pool was great, enjoyed all the outdoor seating. Nice decor and furniture. Very clean upon arrival. Nice neighbor, check out the free lending library box at the end of the street! Highly recommend! Management company very responsive and excellent communication!

Beautiful home

The house was perfect for 4 couples. Plenty of room for everyone. The layout is great, everything has been updated. The pool is where we spent most of our time! Close to stores and Old Town. Ric was great to work and we would definitely come back!

Fantastic Location Near Old Town Scottsdale

Loved the stay, pool was always crystal clear and water temperature was perfect. House was clean, very comfortable and the split master floor plan was perfect for a family stay where we could all be together but still feel some privacy. Home has a central open great room with massive island. Perfect for a family or very nice romantic retreat.
