The Management team overseeing the property was absolutely amazing! Very responsive to any questions we had. It was clean and well furnished! Such a wonderful home. Comfortable beds and pillows, beautiful well stocked, kitchen with lots of space for our family. The backyard was a wonderful oasis with a pool,(glad we paid the extra for heat),hot tub and mini golf area. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to 101 and many nice stores. We would love to come back!

Everything was great! The only thing I may add as a recommendation is having a shampoo dispenser for the showers. I've stayed in places with this before and it was just a nice added touch.

House was good to stay at, being close to hiking was a great addition. Some updates have occurred but it could use some more. For example one of the bedroom doors wouldn’t shut and some of the closet doors. The pool was dirty when we came and needs to be cleaned. We stayed 9 days and no one came to clean it. The threaten of the 1000 fine for noise made it not the most relaxing place to stay. Kitchen was well stocked. It is close to the regional airport, you hear them during the day but not during the night. The digital lock at the front door still doesn’t work, so had to call the emergency line to get into the house upon arrival. Overall it was a nice place to stay and will be even better once some updates are done.

It was a perfect home for our girl’s trip! The pool area was spectacular and well maintained (minus the ever-present bees). Plenty of both bath towels and pool towels. We appreciated the extra refrigerator/freezer in the garage. There were plenty of comfortable beds. We enjoyed the large kitchen and sitting area. The hiking trail next door was quite handy and fun to hike. We appreciated the quick response from the property manager when we had an issue with the pool. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here and would definitely rent this home again!

Great house for multi families. Location of house is underrated as it’s at the end of road and backs up to a mountain you can climb. Pool, hot tub and putting green all great. Didn’t need to heat pool. Very spacious house and clean.

The house was big enough for our group of 7. My kids enjoyed playing in the pool. The house was clean when we arrived and everything was functioning well. Check in was easy. The kitchen was big and stocked with everything needed to make a meal.

The sleep rooms and bathrooms were fine. The ice maker was frozen and could not be used. Entry locks did not work, I was able to go through the garage.The pool was in terrible shape needs to be re-plastered, dirty. Hot tube had a dilapidated cover with pieces floating on the top. Pool toys and equipment scatter all over the yard. Looks like it has not been maintained in some time. It could be an excellent rental, just needs to be maintained.

The house was great for what we were wanting to do there. A couple of things we noticed during the stay: Lights in the laundry room are flickering. 1 can light is flickering and 1 light is out in the main floor master bathroom. The cover for the hot tub was falling a part when we got to the property and continued to fall apart more during covering and uncovering. This was nothing we could control. Photos below are of the cover when we first arrived along with the floaties around the yard. We did not use any of these during our stay. Lastly, there is a plate that is broken in half. This happened in the dish washer. The plate says it’s dishwasher safe, but we wanted to leave it to show that it was not dropped, it was from the dishwasher.

Well stocked kitchen. Pool was the highlight but the debris in the bottom needed to be removed. Someone came to clean it but I guess the depth prevented them from reaching it. Kind of a lot of rules and check in was over complicated. However, it was enjoyable and the location was great!

Overall our stay was wonderful! There were enough rooms and beds for all 8 of us to sleep peaceful and comfortable. The house was beautiful to us all. Instructions were easy to follow, house was clean. The only issue if I had to point out any would be the bee's that swarms the rocks over by the pool. Just wanted to mention that for anyone who wants to swim but may have a bee allergy. But overall everything else was chefs kiss in my opinion

Spacious house with responsive host

The house was spacious and had plenty of room for our group, which we appreciated. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness. Two of the showers had stains, pieces of hair and shaving cream on the wall. The pool and hot tub wasn’t clean during our stay, which affected our ability to fully enjoy the amenities. With more attention to cleaning and maintenance, this could be a much better rental.The host was responsive and easy to communicate. Thank you for allowing us a late check out. 10am checkout is unreasonable. Especially when you expect guests to start laundry and clean and put all dishes away. The one recommendation I would make is, you shouldn’t expect your guests to put away all dishes. My friends thought that was unrealistic. After breakfast, we hand washed all dishes then dried them and put away. If we started the dishwasher, there’s no way we would have time to put them away

Ladies retreat

Large home to accommodate the 6 of us so that only 2 to a bathroom, very spacious. Plenty of linens. Pool was nice. We really were able to relax. Having access to the garage is such a plus for safety and convenience. Small little things were communicated through manager and she was very responsive!wonderful time! .

Friend Reunion

We really enjoyed our stay! A group of 6 adults and 8 children visited for 4 days for Spring Break. We loved the pool, space, and our trip overall. The house was clean and had great accommodations. We ran into a small issue and the owner took steps to rectify immediately. The assistants to the owner were incredibly helpful and made the little communication we needed very easy. We would absolutely recommend this house and would love to book again the next time we visit our friend in AZ!

Great property and location!

We had a great time in AZ. We spent a lot of time at the house as we had 2 kids that love to swim (I think the adults had almost as much fun, too). The pool and hot tub were so much fun! The putting green was a bonus. The backyard has some great shade if you want to stay out of the sun. There were plenty of options for sleeping and more than enough room for our group. There are some great hiking trails right out the front door and Lookout Mountain is a 10 minute drive. If you are considering, you won’t be disappointed!

Great location

The house was very clean, spacious, and inviting. The location is great because you are close to all the conveniences that the Phoenix area has to offer but feel like you are in a secluded dessert area when you hang out in the backyard. There is an entry to the trails behind the house right next to the driveway and we hiked every day. The balance of hiking right outside our door and the convenience of quick access to the interstate was perfect for our group. The backyard was also a great place to hang out and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
