Great family vacation

Our family loved the house and backyard, had everything we needed and our two boys loved playing in the backyard soaking up the sun! Lots to do in Scottsdale for everyone and this was a great location for it all. We will be back!

Spring Break in Style!

Beautiful, well located rental property ideal for families and friends. Immense sleeping arrangements and plenty of amenities in the home to keep you occupied without needing to leave. If you do decide to venture out the Property is close to tons of retail and restaurants for all ages.

We had the most amazing time at this property. The best place to enjoy ourselves! So much to do just at the house itself!! Extremely clean, and had pretty much everything you’d need. Definitely will miss staying here and hope to come back again!

Perfect for large groups

We stayed here for a buddies golf trip and it was the perfect house for it. Tons of fun activities on site. Property was clean and in good condition. Very centrally located. Plenty of kitchenwares for any cooking you might want to do. Highly recommend.

Amazing property - insane rules...

We loved staying on this property! The design was great, the house was clean, the pool was amazing, and communication with the hosts was prompt, I would stay here again for sure. Why this is a 4-star and not 5 is because the check-in process was crazy. I received 10+ emails about checking in, plus a phone call to go over the checklist a week in advance. I'm a busy mom of 4 who owns a business and was completely caught off guard by the phone call having stayed in multiple VRBOs and never having experienced this. Had I known there needed to be a phone call to confirm I understood the house rules, I would have liked to have the opportunity to schedule it to fit into my day instead of randomly getting a call in the middle of the day. There is a $500 fine for not using the driveway (which explicitly includes no Ubers being allowed to drop you off on the curb - they must pull into the driveway or you're fined.) Over $100 fine for not leaving the TV remote exactly where it started out - I mean I get not wanting to lose remotes but it was stressful checking out and not remembering what tables the remotes started off on. The house rules also tell you to "minimize the use of the front door." which just seems weird unless the owners are trying to hide the fact that this is a VRBO. All that said, we weren't a wild group so following the rules was easy - they just seemed excessive. I'd also like to mention because I don't remember seeing this in the listing that one of the bedrooms that have 2 bunks is connected to the garage and not accessible from the main house or casita - only accessible by walking through the garage or the backyard. The bedroom was hard to find and we were wondering why 4 beds were missing until we found it.

Perfect stay in the desert in an amazing home!

The house was perfect for what we needed! The layout works great for groups to socialize but also for people that want more quiet time. The property was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable, the pool experience was top notch, and the home was stocked with nice to have items. The property manager was very responsive when needed!

First and Best Home Rental

I chose to rent a property for my sons 5th birthday bc he choose family over Disney…. Let me just say that upon arrival to this home, my son could not tell the difference nor the adults for that matter. Absolutely everything that one could need or want to accommodate a group was at this location or made available. Location was beautiful. I especially appreciated the fenced in pool/backyard. There was no expense spared on the amount of attention to detail and quite honestly I cannot wait for the next occasion where I can rent a property from this host! The description online is pretty accurate but really nothing like the real think. This place was so amazing and everything I could have imagined.

Awesome, big house in Scottsdale!

Sprawling property that was perfect for my group of friends and I. Property management staff were superb and very accommodating. Updated bathrooms and bedrooms made the stay very comfortable. Outdoor TV area great for lounging, and the putting green was the icing on the cake! Would absolutely stay here again.
