Excellent!

House is in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Loved the pool- no need for it to be heated. Temps were in the mid-upper 90s so the pool was great. Inside was quiet. Dogs had plenty of space to roam, lots of shade. Had everything we needed! Thank you for sharing your place! We’ll be back!

Golden Get Away

We are repeat guest at this outstanding location. The accommodations are very clean and offer all the comforts of home and more. Relax in the large pool after a day of activities This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Bring your golf clubs, your just minutes from the course. Shopping and dining is 10 minutes away. The host is easy to communicate with to address your concerns. Enjoy your stay.

Gold Canyon Visit and Spa Day

Visit with old friends and a spa day at Gold Canyon Resort made this house a perfect fit, good location, great yard for our 2 ShihTzus and nice pool, all reasons for renting this home. Unfortunately neither were rental ready when we arrived. The owners responded immediately and got the pool and landscape serviced the next day. It would have been a much better visit had the house been rental ready when we arrived.

AZ vacation

This property is in need of several updates. First the toaster does not work. The master bathroom sinks need stoppers along with major work in the shower. The faucets in both the shower and the sinks are extremely hard to turn on. The exterior doors leading into the house need to be painted and or washed. The patio door screen needs to be replaced. The bed linens - mattress pads need to be replaced and or washed (dirty). Need better lighting in the living room. Tooooo dark. Windows need to be washed on the exterior - especially those in the kitchen.

Great spot

This vacation rental was great! We walked to the golf course every day to have lunch and spent time by the pool. It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Thanks for an awesome stay!

60th birthday

We had a few friends and family members in from out of town to celebrate my husband 60th birthday! This was a great nearby home for our evenings. The home was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and everyone slept very well. Communicating with the manager was easy and check in and check out or simple. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Lotsa fun in Gold Canyon

Thur- Sun Four old friends from 4 different places who try to get together every year somewhere near one of us ( Tucson, Prescott, Massachusetts snd Nashville). We enjoyed hanging out in the house and back area and playing games snd cards, some shopping, eating out and going onto Csnyon Lake Dolly boat ride. Found good places to eat nearby btw! Would return to this VRBO!!

From our first interaction to our last, we really appreciated the property manager / home owner's quick responses to questions. The home and property were beautiful, well maintained and well equipped all around. We enjoyed our stay and hope this home is available for our next visit to Gold Canyon.

Appearances are not always what they seem!

We stayed 75 days at this property. On the peripheral it looks nice, however the stove has one burner with tape over it, the garbage disposal had a bucket under it under the sink as it leaked, finally broke and flooded the kitchen.HVAC SYSTEM broke 4 times and we had no heat.plus the ventilation system is so dirty we had thick dust all over the house , but particularly in our closet. 2 of the gas grill burners were out and my husband took it apart and fixed it. The handle I’m the master shower was broken upon arrival which we replaced. I could go on! The PM’s we’re as accommodating as they could be given the constant issues and a small portion of money returned. I caution all, it looks nice at fist glance but has a lot of deferred maintenance, and if you have allergies beware. It’s a shame it could be nice if the owners put some money into it.

Very nice home! Great for a larger group...

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property! Family wedding at the adjacent golf resort, so very convenient! Roomy accommodations! Ended up with 7 adults (including my 94 y/o Father-in-Law) and 2 dogs - they loved the backyard... There were a couple of items that we encountered during our trip: Mirror outlets in the master bath were not live, leading to "long-range, extension cord" hair and make up prep for the wedding. 2nd Bath/shower wasn't draining well, leading to shin deep showers. The pool skimmer was broken when we arrived, so we bought a replacement at the local pool shop which allowed us to get the bugs out of the swimming hole! If you stay through Friday AM, there is an owner's request to take the garbage to the curb - be forewarned that the truck arrives before 7 AM! Last thing - some previous guests abused their welcome with the neighborhood by partying late into weekday evenings... Lot's of signs posted to remind you to watch P's and Q's :-o Overall a very nice stay at a beautiful home! Eric and Sarah

An oasis for 2 families traveling together

The pool & backyard are wonderful, but we were equally impressed with the kitchen!! Have 3 teens with us made this very helpful!!!! They can really eat!!! The laundry was great, as well, enabling lighter packing & my friend was very impressed with the quality of toiletries offered. Totally accessible to Tonto, close to the ghost town & easily driveable to Phoenix. Quiet neighborhood. I would definitely book this again!

June vacation 2022

Very roomy, clean, home. Kitchen was stocked with all the small and large appliances you would need. I've stayed at this home before and will stay again. Nice size back yard for your pet to move around. If I could suggest anything it would be to trim the tree that hangs over the pool a little. Love the shade that it provides but get a lot of leaves in the pool.

Beautiful Home!

This was a "sisters getaway" to celebrate the youngest joining 3 other sisters in their 70's. The location was perfect as one lives across the highway. Being from the NW - the three that shared the house were thrilled with the great weather. I'd highly recommend this home for families or friends.

Wonderful experience

Was a beautiful property, well-maintained and completely as represented. Very much appreciated the lotions and everything in the bathrooms, as that is hard to fly in with. Everything worked great in the house. The patio area and pool were beautiful. Being from North Dakota, we spent most of our time outside. We just wished we could have stayed longer! Plenty of stores and restaurants of all kinds within a few miles. 100% would recommend.

Perfect! Checks all the boxes...Great pool, patio, kitchen, beds and we loved the informative sticky notes in all the right places! Only suggestions would be rugs in/out of patio to house and a grease screen for stove top pans! The layout of the single level home was great, too! We had an absolutely marvelous time!

Pre-Back to School Bash

Everything was just like what was posted. Didn't need to contact anybody because everything went perfect and the house had notes to let us know things. It was very clean, perfect location. It was close to a mall and lots of food choices if we needed it. Didn't really need to go too far the pool was relaxing and beautiful back yard.
