Sent a message to the booking agent already for several issues. Bummed we spent extra money staying here when for a jacuzzi we couldn’t use due to us being unwilling to pay extra fees. When we could have found something closer to the venue much cheaper. Overall this place just needs some maintenance.

Great getaway!!

Couldn’t have loved it more

The property was gorgeous, the house was clean, stocked, and spacious, and the owner was quick to respond and very kind. This vacation for us was one of our favorites, and this beautiful property contributed a huge chunk of that. If we need to stay in Arizona again, we would definitely stay here.

Comfortable House

We had a great stay. So comfortable and very close to airport. The only issue could be the proximity to the very busy airport. Planes coming and going over house all day. If inside house, it’s quiet. Outside it is extremely loud. Unfortunately, that takes away a little, from outside activity.

Open layout and nice big backyard

This was a perfect house and location for our family. We settled in and moved around comfortably and the kids of course loved the big backyard and pool. It was a little cool during our stay so pool heat was a must. Well kept and well stocked! We had a great time!

Comfortable, roomy house for family vacation

The house is cozy and has enough space for a family vacation. Beds are comfortable. The furnishings, appliances, etc., are all as described. The pool and hot tub are wonderful and clean, perfect for sunbathing and cooling off when the midday sun shines. Property location is directly under an extremely busy airport flight path (low-flying planes pass overhead every minute or so), so don't expect a quiet backyard poolside place to sleep.

I’m town for family wedding

This house was wonderful to stay in- centrally located, quiet neighborhood. The home itself was well stocked with anything you could need and we were even greeted with a welcome basket of goodies! The hot tub was great and we really enjoyed it. Communication with John, the owner, was quick and he was wonderful. Wonderful, relaxing stay.

Perfect place to stay!

I took my 3 children here on a soccer trip and it was perfect. Use of a washer and dryer and a perfectly appointed kitchen we’re a plus! The pool and hot tub were a great add and kept the kids busy and very happy!

Perfect!

The heater did not work properly for the hot tub but it was 100 degrees outside so we were still able to fully enjoy both the pool and the hot tub. The property was clean and fully-stocked. The owner was quick to respond and very kind. There were cute lizards and not-so-cute Palo Verde bugs and mosquitoes in the backyard, as well as citrus trees, desert flowers, hummingbirds, and a neighborhood kitty. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay again the next time we go to Phoenix! Thanks so much!

Beautiful home with awesome pool!

Lovely home with great pool and hot tub. We loved the pool and back yard was beautiful! Main bedroom had a very comfortable bed. Living room entertainment was nice, with surround sound and access to most movie apps. Kitchen had everything and AC worked perfectly! Close to freeway. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Great place for the money!

More than the eye can see!!

Don’t let the humble photos fool you! This house is massive, welcoming, and is perfect for either a short stay or and existences trip. It has everything you need and more. Plenty of room for a romantic couple to feel lavish, and enough room to share with 4+ more family or friends. Location is perfect, and the town its in is quiet and inviting. Backyard is like a little oasis and you actually have access to the garage!! We will absolutely stay here again!

We spent our time enjoying the pool and floated the Salt which a short 25 minute drive. The house is beautifully laid out- outfitted well and we were able to make the most of our time since everything was thoughtfully organized. Thank you! We will be back!
