Motel 6 in the 6!

The AC window unit could not cool down the room during the extreme summer heat in the day or at night, although nighttime was better. I also needed to get into the lobby several times when only to find it was locked and no one would answer the phone. Office staff was unavailable to give me access to my room because the key card could not be recognized at least 3 times during my stay, causing me to contact corporate to help. Corporate office could not reach them after several attempts.

Killed 7 roaches before deciding to just sleep in my van instead. The room itself was clean and tidy, the soap they provide, the shower, she sheets, all relatively good. But i couldnt sleep inside knowing i was probably going to have these roaches all over me while i slept. Gross. Please fumigate this place.

The general manager, Veronica was the reason we left. She couldn't have been more condescending, rude and mean. She can cross her arms and roll her eyes at someone else! Her staff member messed up bad and she disciplined us! Your front desk clerk, Kathleen Coats was so outraged watching the way we were treated that she even called to apologize after we left! She was so kind and professional. You need a general manager like her!

Veronica, the general manager was the rudest, meanest person Ive met in my life, crossing her arms, rolling her eyes, awful. I will be sure to review on every site possible. Kathleen, the front desk clerk should be the general manager or find another job. Motel 6 doesnt deserve her great customer service, compassion and professionalism!
