The host was very responsive to all our messages. The rental unit was very nice. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms was great for 2 couples. Coffee on the deck in the mornings was great. We were in Phoenix for the Barrett Jackson show and this place was a 5 minute walk to the parking lot where there was free shuttle pick up to the show... so we just left our rental car at the condo.

Condo is located in a very nice area, very clean with comfortable beds & Beautiful 75" tv. Equipped with basics. Had a nce Keurig coffee maker with ample supply of "pods'. Bathroom (1) toilet had a continuous refill noise because it kept leaking, and the sink spigot was not fastened properly (loose) but it worked. The bathrooms were very clean and supplied with brand name body soap, shampoo & conditioner. The bathtubs were nice but slippery when wet & soapy and did not have bathmats available. Rooms had scented candles in them but we did not light them. The two chairs in living area were extremely uncomfortable, so bad we wouldn't use them. The couch was just slightly better.
