4-bed, 2-bath fully renovated home in Old Town Scottsdale. Everything is brand new. Home has 4 Queen beds plus a pull out Queen bed (5 Queen beds total). Home is spacious with a large yard and HEATED pool.

Backyard includes a Heated Pool, putting green, Bags /Cornhole Set, outdoor dining set, outdoor couch, six pool lounge chairs and grill.

Home is in Old Town Scottsdale in close proximity to Scottsdale Stadium, spring home of the SF Giants. Home is also close to several other Spring Training Facilities (Cubs, Rockies, D-Back, As, Etc). Also, 15 mins away from Tempe, home of Arizona State.

Decent place. Owner communicated and flexible

Photos must’ve been taken right after remodel a couple years ago. Carpeting and bed linens need to be replaced - old stains. Small living room. Easy access and no major issues. Overall decent place.

Scottsdale House

The house seemed to be in a safe neighborhood and was clean and very inviting. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature. Beds/pillows were great. Lots of extra towels around for both showers and pool use. Would definitely stay here again if I return.

Central location in Scottsdale

There are a lot of great things about this house: location, things are labeled throughout the house so you can easily find things, and we appreciated waters, coffee and tea being supplied. It was also nice to have full sized shampoos, soaps and other toiletries in the bathroom. The master bedroom has no door on the bathroom, FYI, so difficult to do business if someone is in the room. There are some maintenance issues that should be addressed to get to five star, like torn/moldy shower liners, chipped paint and damaged/worn furniture. And the backyard could be improved quite a bit. It's currently dirt and an unheated pool, which was way too cold for us to use in March. Walking distance (like a mile) to Scottsdale stadium and Old Town if you're a walker. Host was quick to get back to us with any questions.

Not as nice as the pictures

The pictures of this property were obviously old. The house was cleaned poorly and had spiders in the corners of a few rooms, walking on the floor barefoot made your feet black. There was not enough hot water for everyone to shower. The pool was not maintained and had rocks at the bottom and film on the top. The filter/vacuum was not working. The landscaping was not done when we checked in and the owner had someone show up at 7:30am on Saturday for over an hour to mow the lawn causing all of our party to be woken up suddenly after a night of going out and further causing the pool to be filled with debris and rocks. Half the lawn chairs were broken and the outdoor furniture had black mold on it. There was something resembling vomit on the path outside leading to the pool that the owner claimed was red wine. Overall I would not recommend this Vrbo especially for the price. We specifically rented this place to enjoy the pool/outside and were not able to use it at all. There was no light in the back to be outside past dark except one string of lights.
