Casa fresca y limpia en un verdadero edificio moderno de mediados de siglo con paredes de bloques expuestos, pisos de concreto, tragaluces de estilo industrial, cercas de acero y hierro, puertas postmodernas personalizadas, todas suavizadas con xeriscape más amigable con la tierra, amplia iluminación LED, césped sintético y mucho arte original CONDOMINIO COMPLETAMENTE REMODELADO DIC 2018 con nuevos colchones Beautyrest Hospitality, ropa de cama / toallas / alfombras / electrodomésticos nuevos, etc. Camina hasta 30 restaurantes y bares en Restaurant Row y más allá. ¡Café, té y algunas veces golosinas gratis!

El Claremont # 1 disfruta de dos habitaciones (una cama King en una y una Queen en la otra) y un baño completo. La cocina está totalmente equipada con utensilios de cocina, platos, vasos, utensilios para comer, utensilios de cocina, sacacorchos y más. Tenemos un servicio de lavandería que funciona con monedas en el lugar para su uso compartido con otros residentes. Y ha compartido el uso (con otra residencia) de un patio con parrilla y patio.

La propiedad se encuentra en una zona residencial a solo nueve puertas del extremo norte de Restaurant Row en 7th Street. Esta sección de la calle 7 recientemente, en los últimos cinco años, ha disfrutado de una explosión de nuevos restaurantes y bares de moda y no tan modernos a poca distancia o un corto viaje en Uber desde The Claremont. Phoenix no es conocida por ser una ciudad vertical, sino que se extiende por nuestra zona, con tantos restaurantes en un área tan pequeña, bastante única.

Somos nuevos en el negocio de alojamiento, pero desde su lanzamiento a fines de diciembre de 2018 con otras plataformas de alquiler a corto plazo, hemos disfrutado de una ocupación casi del 100% Y hemos recibido las críticas de cinco estrellas. What a perfect little oasis in the desert! Clean, well air conditioned, excellent linnens. Full kitchen and a king size bed. What more do you need for a family vacation in Phoenix? Host provided one of the best house books I’ve ever seen with multiple sets of directions on how to walk to local eateries. Great section of Phoenix, close to the light rail that can get you to sports in downtown or fun activities around the university. Highly recommend.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at The Claremont! To start, the property feels so homey - from the courtyard, to the midcentury design style, the mural, etc. - and is also impeccably clean. Will’s detailed instructions, including the house manual, messages leading up to check in, and the video for where to park were super helpful, as we arrived late at night. He has thought of everything to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. We really appreciated the free laundry room access and availability of eco-friendly detergent pods, and the state of the art AC (as we our stay fell during a mid-July heat advisory). Will was super communicative and quick to reply to any questions. While we did not get a chance to meet him in person during our brief stay, you can tell how much he truly loves and cares about this property and the surrounding local community! We found so much to do within a 10-15 minute radius, and there are so many walkable restaurant options :) Highly highly recommend The Claremont and cannot wait to stay again on a future trip to PHX!

The mid-century modern was a great get away in Phoenix. Check in was easy and the videos on parking spot on. The place was clean and felt comfortable while staying there. We were very happy with our stay here. The place was clean and well stocked. The location was convenient, quiet and felt safe. Highly Recommend!

Renting this property was seamless from start to finish. The property owner, Will, gave very clear instructions for check-in and provided lots of recommendations for things to do in the area. His communication skills are top-notch and he responded to questions quickly. The beds were comfortable, linens were soft, towels were nice and big, and although we didn't cook much there it appeared the kitchen was well stocked with whatever you might need. There is just one bathroom, but it was more than adequate for just the two of us. The location was great for us and close to everywhere we wanted to go. Safeway was close by too. I highly recommend Will's place; you won't be disappointed! Oh, and the manual he provided was a must read - Will has quite the sense of humor! :)

Family Reunion

We spent our last two nights in Arizona here. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and a great coffee shop each morning. The house was clean, quiet, and easy to get to. I enjoyed sitting in the outside area in the mornings and evenings. Easy drive to the airport if you need that. Communication with the owner was very good. Very easy check in and check out!
