MOHvr6 Garden Casa On over 1 Acre
Roomy place to hang while enjoying all the amenities of the Town of Cave Creek and Carefree. Spacious 1250 square feet is competitively priced with other properties offered without giving up the space. Newer kitchen cabinets, granite counter, newer appliances. Two large bedrooms with king sized beds. Mattresses new 2024. Walkable to Sprouts, Chipoltes, McDonalds, Starbuck, Dutch Brothers. Some of the best coffee in the town of Cave Creek, Janeys, the Grotto, Johnnies, Carefree Coffee Company area quick Uber ride. Enjoy wine and local musicians in town in the evenings. You also may be able to watch some Bull Riding. Bicycle paths can be found on Cave Creek Rd. Some of the best mountain bike trails are in Spur Cross and the Cave Creek Rec Park. Rent a bike in town. Big Screen TV. Three units share the building but you are on 1.4 acres so lots of elbow room. If you have a horse trailer or an RV, that's ok too. (No horses though, sorry). We have plenty of room to park them. The landscaping is desert. We have no grass. We have planted desert trees outside the windows and created a private patio in the front. The mountain views can be seen from outside but not in the unit. No Parties or Events. NO SMOKING!

Relaxing stay
Had been in Sedona at retreat the retreat was closed for 3 days. I came to Cave Creek to pick up a friend who was going to the retreat on the 16 with me and then I returned to airport and then back home to Naples Florida. This is a delightful place to visit and so so convenient. The host was wonderful
