I stayed for seven days over Christmas with my college aged kids. The place is simply fantastic. Incredibly well appointed, everything is there that you will need, very clean and well maintained. The place is great for cooking, we made several large family meals. The host is incredibly accommodating and checked in regularly. Only great things to stay. We will be heading back.

Relaxing Visit in Scottsdale
What an amazing property! This was the best VRBO we have ever rented! The house is very well designed, with all the latest upgrades. The owner has the house fully stocked with anything you could ever need for your stay. We loved having close access to the Indian Bend Wash trail, and walked or rode the bikes provided by the owner every day. We also really enjoyed sitting on the patio to eat our breakfast or just read while enjoying the fountain and flowers. The community pool is only one block away, a short walk. The house is centrally located in Scottsdale, providing easy access to various activities. Also, we really enjoyed being able to walk or ride the bikes to a number of restaurants in the area. I highly recommend this property, and would stay here again if we're back in Scottsdale/Phoenix!

This was certainly one of the best VRBO’s we have ever rented. Nothing was overlooked with this property from the linens to the the bikes in the garage, and everything in between. The property was aesthetically pleasing, functional and comfortable. In addition to the property itself, Craig was a great host checking in often to ensure any questions were answered and we settled in well. We will definitely stay again when we return to Phoenix!

Luxury home - loved everything about it!
We have stayed at many high-end vacation rentals and this one surpassed them all with the quality and attention to detail. So many “extras” that you do not normally see. Top quality throughout, bedding ultra comfortable, and everything you could ever need in the kitchen. Also perfect location - close to restaurants, shopping, highways. Craig's place is beyond FANTASTIC!!! The design of the house leaves you feeling sheek. The house is very clean, organized and comfortable at the same time. All the linens are top of the line, and I had some of the best sleep Ive ever had on the beds. Having two master suites with their own upscale bathrooms really puts this place above all others in Scottsdale. Craig is also the best host we've ever experienced. His generosity, responsiveness, and his innate understanding of what a renter really wants elevates him among other hosts. If we could we'd give Craig' and his home a100 star rating!!!

Amazing property!
We had a wonderful stay in this incredible property. The location was perfect for us as we were checking out many spring training games around the Phoenix area. This place is truly perfect. It is in a terrific location central to everything Scottsdale has to offer. It has been immaculately renovated with all the bells and whistles, including in floor heat in each bathroom. Every detail has been considered. The glasses, bowls, utensils, and other supplies. He even has four townie bikes with locks to ride on the nearby trails or to a local restaurant. We've stayed in many rentals, none compare to this place. Craig has thought of everything. He's also very easy to reach and super responsive if you have even the smallest need. We would give 10 stars if we could. Amazing.

Fantastic Property
My husband and I were craving a sunny, restful getaway and this was the perfect place for us to do so. Craig set us up from the very beginning for a welcoming stay. We had everything we could possibly need in the condo. Bed was comfortable, spacious bathrooms, and we loved the motion lights in the kitchen area. We used the cruiser bikes often to hop on the nearby bike paths. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This property is beautiful and perfect for two couples or a family to stay in during a trip to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and close to a lot of great activity in the area. The property has a garage and driveway for parking and offers bikes as well to cruise around with. The appliances all seem new and nice and the internet/TV situation is great. Craig, the property manager, made our stay extremely easy and I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place in the area!

I cannot begin to express how perfect this property was for our needs. In my opinion, it’s the ultimate smart home, and Craig (the owner) didn’t miss a beat. Everything was so clean, organized, and timely that I wish I could give him and his property 10 stars. There’s two very similar master suites and bathrooms (which is so nice and rare to find). One bedroom opens to a beautiful front porch with seating, and the other opens to a relaxing patio with a grill and waterfall. Side note- he even provided Tide and Tide Free (which is what I use due to sensitive skin). I’m telling you he literally thought of everything! The beds were also extremely comfortable. Every single appliance/piece of furniture is literally immaculate. The house even has motion detection lights throughout, heated floors in the bathrooms, and gorgeous skylights. An additional perk this property offers is four bikes in the garage for easy access to nearby restaurants and shops- not to mention the stunning views of the bike trail.
I come to AZ multiple times a year to visit for baseball purposes. This property is my favorite by a landslide, and I will definitely be booking all of my future stays here. Thank you Craig!

Craig and his team were friendly and responsive to our needs (although we didn’t need anything since the villa was very well stocked and everything was working perfectly). The villa itself was very up to date with many custom touches (radiant heated floors in the bathrooms, smart lights, Alexa controlled music, nest smart thermostats, smart tvs, etc). The two bedrooms had walk in closets, and multiple jetted showers. The outside patio had a working fireplace, waterfall feature and gas grill. Although we didn’t use the community facilities, it included a swimming pool, hot tub and exercise room for our use.
We would not hesitate to stay here again when in Scottsdale.

Would stay here again! Craig went above and beyond in making sure we enjoyed our stay. Had a tire go flat on one of the bikes and it was repaired before our next ride. The location is in a very nice part of town and close to biking/walking trails, restaurants, grocery and more. Craig has thought of everything you may need to enjoy your stay! We had 2 couples in our 40's and 50's staying in the property and the layout was perfect for this. Highly recommend a stay here!

This property is pure genius interior design with skylights throughout, radiant heated floors in bathrooms, motion sensing accent lighting in kitchen and bar, thoughtful lighting with dimmers, private patio with fireplace and water feature and just so tastefully decorated! We found ourselves perfectly located in Scottsdale with easy access to all major shopping, dining and entertainment. Reservation included the use of four bikes and is located right along the bike path that stretches for miles and miles throughout the city. And you won't find a better host...EVER! Craig provided us with welcome goodies and rare amenities for VRBO's like hair dryers, curling irons, plentiful shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, robes, and countless hangers in the closets.
