Kitchen was fully equipped, better than my own! The bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. Bathrooms were supplied with everything including shampoo/conditioner and body wash. There were towels for the hot tub use and also after showers. Games for kids were also available including Pacman machines and foosball. Entertainment was available almost in every room, with large screen TV’s and speakers. The outdoors was nice, clean and quiet. We took advantage of the large grill as well for outdoor cooking. The trash bins were next to the house. There was a nice flow for everything. The house was close to a park with wonderful walking paths. The owner, Magdalena was available and easy to reach and respond with any questions we had. If i go back to Phoenix with family or friends, this is the place i would reach out first.

Great Family House

This is a very nice house, one of the best I have rented in Phoenix. I is huge and comfortable . The backyard is great. We had permission to have a family meal gathering at the house for a funeral and 25 people fit in just wonderfully. I would highly recommend this property.

Fun Weekend

This house is amazing! Plenty of room for the entire family. Comfortable beds and grandkids enjoyed the twin beds. A little street noise but not too bad. House was clean and had everything we needed. Lots of beach towels for the pool. Outside area needs a few upgrades like new cushions for the lounge chairs and some landscaping cleanup work. Heated pool was nice.

The Perfect Family Getaway

We had such a wonderful time! Our family wanted to visit grandparents in the area but they couldn’t host us all. So we all gathered in this amazing home! The setup was perfect for making meals together, eating together, hanging out in the sun while the kids swam, and even the high score battle on PacMan! We had a crawling baby and preschooler in the mix. Appreciated the high door handles to the pool. The host was extremely responsive throughout the stay. The pool company was quick to stop by when high winds created issues with the hot tub/spa. So grateful!

Dose of Sunshine

Great property with very comfortable interior and exterior layout. Quick easy walk to stores, essentially across the street from nice golf course, great access to region. Pool was refreshing and nice. Lots of amenities provided. Only thing we would have liked to have are a couple of blankets to snuggle outside in cooler morning sunshine. Would absolutely recommend.

Fun and Roomy!

Great house for large family with kids. The kids had a great time with swimming, hot tubbing, movie watching and foosball playing. Great kitchen and well equipped. We did a lot of cooking and eating and we always had plenty of places to eat and play. Magdalena was quick to respond when we had questions (which were minimal). We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect if in town for games at Bell Bank Park

I was in town for games at Bell Bank Park. I couldn’t find a nice hotel close to BBP so rented this house. I had my son and a couple teammates traveling with me and this house was perfect. The house is beautiful, clean, well stocked, and in a lovely neighborhood.. The primary bedroom is separate from the others, which was great for us. There is also a nice lounging area by the back bedrooms. This was 100x better than staying at a hotel. BBP is an easy 15 minute drive. Wonderful place to stay!

We love Power Ranch! Location is great to major streets which have grocery stores and restaurants near. Kids can walk to parks for the basketball hoops. Plenty of space for all.

Fantastic experience

This is a great house. One of the most well-appointed we have ever rented. We had a group of 7 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location is near shopping and restaurants, but in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor space was very nice and we enjoyed the pool. Magdalena was super responsive and answered all of our questions quickly and to our satisfaction. I definitely recommend this house and would stay here again.

Awesome house

The house was awesome. Plenty of space to spread out, tons of amenities, entertainment for kids and adults, quiet neighborhood. The only downsides were lack of enough lounge chairs and distance from downtown Gilbert.

Family Thanksgiving

We had rented this home for all of our family to be able to gather from different states and have a Thanksgiving Dinner and family time. The house was perfect for this, so spacious and clean. The owner was great at responding to any requests we had. The only thing I would suggest is more towels as there were not enough and we were washing them constantly.

Perfect family trip

The property was amazing. Large enough for our family to all have a bedroom and bathroom. Magdalena the property manager was awesome. We had pool problems day 3 and she had pool maintenance attend immediately and got everything fixed up. She answered all questions immediately. Great place.

Nicest Family Vacation We've Ever Ha

A gorgeous property with everything you could want. The accommodations, pool, hot tub and outside areas were excellent. Owner was extremely responsive to our requests both before arrival and once we had checked in. She went way beyond what we could have ever expected. We will be back to this beautiful home.
