Beautiful cottage stay

Jason, We had a wonderful stay and your beautiful property was perfect in every way. Your home was in a great location near downtown, well stocked with everything needed, plenty of room for a large family and a cute fully furnished casita, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms and a fabulous pool and spa. This property had it all and was clean and fully furnished. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. Jason was quick to respond and very friendly. Thank you for your hospitality, we really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing set-up!

The property was absolutely perfect for our family. The grandparents had their space, the kids had enough space to spread out and the teens thought the casita was an amazing space for them to hang out. The pool and yard were the perfect size. Everything was just beautiful!Jason was an amazing host that actually came through in a pinch when we could not get back to the property in time to accept our Instacart order. All around 10 stars. Highly recommended!!

Just a beautiful property with great proximity to all the phx area has to offer. Impeccably maintained property with beautiful outdoor spaces, and the most responsive host (Jason) weve evet had. We'll be back for certain.

Perfect oasis in Phoenix

Great location with comfy bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. The back yard pool/hot tub and patio are all fantastic, with BBQ, outdoor TV & great speaker system throughout. Jason was super responsive (like there in 5 minutes) when I had a question about the patio speakers. Check in/out was very easy. The kitchen is nicely equipped with Viking appliances and ample supplies (lots of spices too). Pool house casita is fabulous, very nice bathroom, comfy king bed upstairs and full fridge in the kitchen. Overall, very comfortable for our group of 8. The location is perfect--super easy to get to the airport or any freeway. We will be back for sure. Thanks so much Jason!

Amazing girls weekend!

We had a wonderful stay! So much space, beautiful and comfortable furnishings, the hot tub and fire pit were amazing, the house is very well stocked. Would absolutely recommend and hope to stay again!

Great location and style

The house’s location is stellar. It’s in a beautiful historic neighborhood. Unusual for Phoenix, there are many eateries and activities within walking distance, and the light rail is super convenient and nearby as well. The house is older with a lot of charm but also beautifully updated for convenience and comfort. We visited in winter and loved the hot tub, very hot and strong jets. Jason was very responsive and very helpful in answering our questions and making suggestions. I wholeheartedly recommend this house.

A beautiful home-away-from-home!

We loved our stay and will plan to rent again each time we come to town with the family! We brought 3 of our (grown) kids, their spouse's, thier kids, my husband’s, mom and even her little dog, Orie. The pool was fantastic, the outdoor seating and atmosphere was great. The interior has been meticulously updated, with 4 bedrooms and the pool house was the perfect space for our son. Jason was just great to work with and we appreciated his support and hospitality.

Old Guys Reunion

My friends visit me in Phoenix every year. We are friends from college. The youngest of our group of 5 is 76. The property was great for us. Plenty of space and the a well stocked kitchen. The property manager was very responsive to any problems. We really ejoyed the location.

Work Conference with co workers

We had five coworkers stay at this location. It was a great oasis from the long days at the conference. We highly recommend the pool and hot tub. It is so nice. The amenities are great and it was very clean Jason Is a dream. He was quick to respond when we corresponded.

Friends and football

My best friend is a diehard Lions fan and we had the opportunity to escape Boston for some football and fun in the sun. The property is amazing! Jason was super accommodating from our early arrival to our tiny bit late departure and really responsive to my many messages. The master bed is so comfortable and plush. Master bathroom tub is great for a good soak. We decided to have groceries delivered so we could do breakfast and lunch by the pool. This was easy and we were able to relax as intended. The kitchen is fully stocked and the multiple fridges were super convenient. My only suggestion would be for instructions on how to use the living room TV. We ended up streaming from my YouTube TV (both inside and out) which worked perfectly, but would have been nice to not have to log in to a personal account. The Lions won, the pool was blissful, we had a blast!

Great place, great location!!

We were in AZ for Volleyball Tournament and this place was fantastic to relax while the girls weren't playing. Place is amazing. I highly recommend this place as it's close to down town, but far away you don't here the hustle and bustle. Great food locations near by, but with this kitchen, it was great to cook at the house. Jason is a fantastic host!

Beautiful oasis property with prime location

We had such a lovely time enjoying this beautiful property during Final Four weekend. The home has all of the furnishings and supplies you need (coffee bar, stocked condiments and incidentals like laundry detergent, disposable plateware, and sunscreen). I love the size and that each bedroom has a full bathroom. The modern and quaint casita provided privacy for guests. The back yard is a complete oasis with an incredible pool/jacuzzi replete with fountains. The grill and fire pit made for a lovely Sunday afternoon hang out session by the pool with our group of family and college friends in town for the big game. Jason was incredible with communication and extremely hospitable. 5 stars, 10 out of 10 experience. Thank you!!!

Perfect for a group

This property worked out well for our team - it was convenient to our downtown office. They loved the technology, plenty of space for all of them, and more relaxing to hang out together compared to a hotel. hey really enjoyed grilling out in the backyard oasis. Very relaxing for them after a long day at work!

Cozy PHX Hideout

Group of 6 stayed here for the WM Phoenix Open. Roughly 30 minutes away from PGA event and conveniently located in central Phoenix. Quiet neighborhood with a few restaurants and convenience/dispensary stores within walking distance. Pool was small, but pool area/patio was extremely private and nice.

Amazing!

This property was absolutely amazing and I can't think of a single thing that I would wish to change about it. It was exactly as described, perfectly clean and right beside the hospital, shops, tram etc. The hosts Jason and his family were so welcoming and so kind and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. great house! great time!

We were excited about this property from the pictures and one there, it did not disappoint. The renovated home is fresh, spacious, cozy, modern, well-appointed and easy to be in. The casita was amazing as well. The home is furnished with good technology, new appliances which were superb, comfortable beds and nice furnishings. Jason was a fantastic host and was available for all of my questions. We loved the flow of the house and the backyard was amazing! We were there during the hottest week Phoenix has seen in years and the pool and patio were spectacular! we spent most of our time at the house not only because of the heat but because it was so enjoyable and comfortable. I would most definitely come back to this house. Can't recommend this place enough if you are having up to 10 guests! Can we give it 6 stars?

Fantastic!!

Great property with the best host!!! Jason was there to meet us at check-in and ensure we knew how to work everything (tech/appliances/pool, etc are all new and latest - easy to use but was good to have instruction). He was available throughout our stay for questions or to drop by to help with anything. Backyard is the best -- no way to improve. We have teenage boys and all enjoyed the pool, hot tub and firepit....and outdoor TV and grill. Great linens and well stocked kitchen. Close proximity to downtown (season opener baseball game!) and good restaurants close by. Easy drive to Scottsdale/Pinnacle Peak area as well. Day trips to Sedona and Grand Canyon. Highly recommend -- and if you are looking for restaurant recommendations, just go with anything Jason has in the house manual or tells you to check out. We especially loved taking the golf cart to Taco Guild and the croissants at Valentine are not to be missed (both the chocolate and the pine-nut cream filled).
