We had a great time at the Five Palms VRBO. The hosts were very courteous and communicated well. The backyard, pool and patio were spectacular and perfect for our needs! The views from the back and front of the house were amazing and quintessential Fountain Hills. We had the pool heated (March stay) and it was extremely comfortable and we spent most of our time in it. Even with the heat my wife made use of the hot tub that is kept nice and hot. There are 2 nice grills available as well as an outdoor fire place which we did not use. There is ample parking in the driveway and could probably fit up to 5 cars if needed. There is no access to the garage allowed. The layout of the house is a bit odd, but we made it work. Note that you need to pass through a bedroom to get to the small apt above the garage, unless you go out the door to the upper deck and take the stairs down to the patio and go back in at the kitchen. Unfortunately, the kitchen is fairly small, but the appliances, dishes and kitchen utensils were adequate for any meals you would want to make. The small room off the kitchen has a TV and Nintendo switch gaming system that our kids loved. The larger living room had a large TV and comfortable couch for chilling in the AC (which worked well during an unusually warm March, upper 90s!).Overall, the stay was great and we really enjoyed our time there. Will likely stay there again in the future if it's available. Thanks for your hospitality and great communication.
