Room and amenities. Cleaning staff only picked up towels and trash every other day. Never cleaned the room or made the bed the entire week of my stay. I would have love to have more than one hanger in the closet. Would’ve been nice to have coffee available in the room as well.

Regarding the room itself, the door did not shut easily and had to slam to be shut and locked. It does not seem like a secure place to stay. Also, the hotel double charged me and refused to refund the money. I have a receipt stating I paid in full when I booked and then they charged me for the room a second time after the stay. This hotel will steal your money and you will have a long fight to try to get it back.

I made and fully prepaid my reservation through Expedia. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation. After some time, they found it but stated that it had not been paid, even though it was clearly prepaid through Expedia. Despite showing confirmation, I was required to pay again in order to check in. I immediately contacted Expedia, and they confirmed that the stay had already been paid. Since then, Expedia has been trying to resolve the duplicate charge directly with the hotel. Unfortunately, communication with the property has been extremely difficult. Management has been unavailable or unresponsive, which has delayed the resolution process. After checking out, I noticed additional charges on my card that were not explained. I did not request extra services, did not consume minibar items, and did not cause any damages to the room. Despite this, extra charges appeared — including another charge days after I had already left the hotel. I have stayed at many hotels and have never experienced multiple billing issues like this. The check-in process was already disorganized, and the billing situation has made the experience even more disappointing. At this point, the matter remains unresolved. Expedia has been assisting and has confirmed payment on their side, but the hotel has not corrected the duplicate and additional charges. I would recommend that future guests carefully review their billing statements if staying at this property.

Very clean and excellent staff. Bare bones room (no coffee machine) but breakfast is included. The location is good and close to a park and right on the free bus line. It is right across from a strip club and hard to get into via car.

No trash can in the room. No trash bags in the room. No refrigerator in the room, but the ad said there would be. No drinking water available on premesis. No blankets on the bed. Staff informed us the sheets were all they had and to dial thermostat to desired sleeping temperature. Room windows were unsecure and could be opened from outside at ground level.

Room: there was no closet, no microwave, no fridge. We changed rooms due to problems w air conditioner. The ac was very dusty/ dirty. The current room / floor had water issues since the bathroom sink had some gunk residue we found when we returned from a day out. Pillows were so fluffy that our heads practically touched the mattress so we asked for another set to use on top. Maintenance staff left at 5p and had Saturday off... so when we had the issue w the sink there was no way to get it fixed or cleaned. I appreciate the front desk for trying to help within all the constraints and issues. The housekeepers gave us as many towels and pillows and what we asked for that they had. Breakfast was standard meh.. We would not recommend and will not visit again.

I’m sure this place will be nice once the construction is finished, however I was very surprised to find out it is undergoing major remodeling. No signs out front- missed it twice. No breakfast that I purposely booked this place for. Not even a coffee maker in the room. Room is unfinished. Missing outlet covers, toilet paper holder, hairdryer, closet, etc. We didn’t have enough towels or and cups at the sink. Some floor tiles are loose and the shower fixtures leak. On the plus side the staff is kind, the room is clean, and the bed is cozy.
