I, and all of my housemates greatly enjoyed our stay at The Butler House. It is quite apparent that a lot of effort has been put into the place. It was very clean, and everything worked. Way more tools in the kitchen than I could use in a week and comfortable furniture placed throughout the house in a pleasing manner. Access to Tempe was so easy. Jackie did a great job communicating with me before, during and after my stay. If I am back in the Tempe area, I will look to book The Butler House again.

The house was clean and comfortable. If it hadn’t been raining the small sitting area out back would have been nice. The property is a short drive or a long walk to ASU sports. No complaints. Would definitely recommend.

Charming Home

The cutest home with a touch of class. My husband is not easily impressed and he really enjoyed the small touches (chips and dip) upon arrival. Close proximity to ASU and downtown night life.

Great Location, Comfort, Amenities

This home is charming with terrific water pressure and hot water. Located near a great Thai restaurant (other types too), Whole Foods, ASU, 24 hour CVS, etc. Filled with all the kitchen appliances and more. Easy to maintain a comfortable temperature inside. Highly recommended!

Cute!

From the outside this property is deceiving, just looks like your average little historic house in Tempe but inside it was updated beautifully! Very charming and cute, love the mid century vibes. Appreciated the mini plug in heater as it helped tremendously to warm up the bathroom before a shower! Since it’s an old block home, keeping it warm in the winter is a tad harder. Loved how easy the check in process was and the sweet welcome basket when we arrived. The convenience to Mill Ave was excellent! I needed a close location for a work event and this was just so much more comfortable than a hotel. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends/family traveling to Tempe!

ASU trip

We had a great time visiting our daughter who attends ASU This is a perfect location for the Tempe Campus. This place has everything and super clean. I would 100% recommend staying here. We would defiantly stay again.

Love this property

Family of four coming to visit ASU as potential destination in the fall. The house was a stone’s throw from the campus so we could explore the University as well as use it as a home base for exploring Phoenix area. We came home in the evenings to prepare food, eat dinner and watch tv together comfortably. The house has such a great feel and is impeccably updated for today’s needs. Loved all the bathrooms so no one was waiting ever for a shower or toilet, did a little laundry and felt as though we were at home. If our child goes to ASU, we know where we will be staying on our visits. Oh, and great communication throughout our stay with management. Thank you!

Lovely stay so close to Gammage/ASU

We stayed with friends (three couples total) to see our daughter performing at the Gammage. PERFECT location. Easy walk to great restaurants and hiking trails. The house was very clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds! We did not notice the street noise. With 6 adults we would have liked a couple more comfortable seats in the living room. We pulled a few chairs from the kitchen table but those were not comfortable for long periods. Overall it was fabulous and would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay!

I was in town with several friends for a local run and this property was excellent! It was walkable to everything we needed, including the start line, and was adorable. We will definitely be staying here again if we are in the area.

Great Butler House

This house was amazing. Had the feel of an older home- but all the modern day conveniences. Clean, bright and cheery. We could walk to all the restaurants and even to the stadium. Would stay here again for sure!
