Wow this was a very fancy hotel! The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was beautiful, very comfortable and super clean. The view was also gorgeous, especially at night! The gym was also fantastic. The restaurants were fantastic, especially Iza. A bit pricey but worth it.

Splurged on this luxury hotel for our last 2 nights in Cambodia and made full use of the first rate amenities. After a minor miscommunication at check in, a staff member delivered a plate of cold fresh fruit slices to our room—unnecessary but very much appreciated. Came into our room one afternoon to find a cloth lying next to my reading glasses. Small gestures like that are examples of next level hospitality.

My room had a major leak of water into my room and woke me up from the air conditioner at 2AM ,and I had to shut off the air conditioner so the room was stifling ,the hotel staff took over hafl a day to fix it and I was given no compensation . Also the room di not have a desk of any type to work on ,had to get a fiolding table put up and a regular cahir brought in ...,very ppor design for any busines travelers ,
