Orbitz is the worst. They have screwed up their last reservation for me. And Windsor Suites have earned my business for ANY trip I ever have to take to Philadelphia in the future. My plans changed and Orbitz wanted to charge me in excess of $200 to cancel my $145 hotel room. Through the Orbitz portal I sent a "direct message" to The Windsor Suites that I would be a day late. Orbitz does NOT forward messages on to the hotel I learned. I was cancelled as a no-show. The Windsor Suites staff recognized my predicament, and even though my room reservation had been cancelled, and the only room avaiable was a suite that was 3x the rack rate of the room I reserved, they moved me into the more expensive room -- and at a LOWER rate than what Orbitz had quoted for a standard suite. The room was roomy, clean, well stocked, quiet, and comfortable. This was Orbitz's last chance as I have had multiple reservation problems over the years. In the future, I will use them to search for a hotel and rate, but ALWAYS call the property directly.

They didn't tell us they would be under construction when we booked making getting around the hotel difficult. We left a night early because our bed was horrible and the suite that stated 2 bedrooms was actually one bedroom and one small room with a full size bed no windows no vents.

We loved our stay at Windsor Suites! Our family was visiting for a sports event for a couple of days, and we could not have been more pleased. The location was perfect, convenient to the Philadelphia Museum of Art and other sites. We had a suite, which was luxuriously spacious (a real suite), with a balcony that offered panoramic views of the city. The suite was scrupulously clean, and the hotel staff were wonderful: Every person we encountered was so nice and welcoming. Plus, it was affordable! Thank you again for having us; we look forward to coming back for our next visit to Philly.

To start the rooms telephone wasn’t working so I had to physically go down stairs several times to get them to come up to look at the tv’s remote because initially I was told they would send someone in 10 minutes that turned out to be an hour and thirty minutes later after I complained to front desk for the third time. The phone couldn’t be fixed and after getting a second tv remote that didn’t work unless you were 3 feet from the tv. So all in all it was an experience. The room was also rather draftee around the windows which caused us to have to run the heat at 80 degrees to compensate for all the cold air coming through the seems in the windows.

I love the place. The only thing that I had an issue with was Saturday we woke up to a power outage and it lasts for like four hours or more hours and the second issue was they told us that they did not see our reservation for the Monday and we have to check out until I show my confirmation number otherwise the place was nice.

Our room was very cold both nights. Though the hotel did provide a space heater, the room, especially the floor was cold. Also, the hotel parking garage is a bit of a nightmare. Their staff is friendly but entering their garage was a sh!t show. Be aware, upon booking I wasn't made aware I had to pay for parking each night even though I was a paying guest was was a surprise and disappointing.

Front desk staff was amazing, room was as expected minus the bathroom not being as displayed in the photos. Close to alot of things. Unfortunately the valet service is 55 per nite and they take extremely long was late to every event waiting on the car. But the hotel was amazing

Clean Room. Got a deal on upgrading to the Skyline King Suite so that was nice. Had a great view and the Skyline Lounge was really convenient. Staff was friendly. Too bad it was cold out but would definitely book again in the summer

When we got here, the room was freezing. But their staff at the front desk remedied the issue immediately making our stay a much warmer and better one.
