Nice place/convenient to boat ramp

House is a very nice! Kind of set up like a duplex w property owner on one side. Bedrooms and bathrooms very comfortable and clean. Be prepared, the kitchen is basically an outdoor kitchen, downstairs. No a/c in kitchen…have insect repellant ready! Owners super nice!

Great cottage on the marsh!

My husband, two dogs and I had a great time at Diana's cottage! Beautiful marsh view and fully stocked - couldn't have asked for anything else for a quick Labor day getaway!

Birthday Party Weekend Getaway for 17 year old

From the beginning of booking this property to checking in and checking out and everywhere in between Elaine was very nice, fast about returning my texts/calls or even answering the phone when available ALWAYS with answers to EVERY question I had, yes I had a lot. I would definitely return and would tell anyone looking for a place to rent near Keaton beach to contact Elaine.

Away from the crowds but close to the fun

Wonderful location overlooking a beautiful marsh just two miles from the boat ramp. Can safely leave your gear on your boat for quick takeoff in the morning.

Perfect Location

We needed a place to stay when visiting our daughter and son in law near his mom's place. This place was perfect. Clean, comfortable and in just the right location. Lovely walking areas, so many nice people.

Excellent place to stay

This was our first trip to the Perry, Fl area and I'm thankful that I found this property to stay at. Everything was perfect and the cottage has everything you could need. Very unique and beautiful home. Gorgeous sunrise from the front porch with my cup of coffee. Thank you Ms. Elaine for the coffee!!!

Friendly, Clean and Perfect Location

A very cute cottage located in Keaton Beach. We loved the quiet, quaint feel to this place. Perfect for our family of 3 and our little dog. Everything we needed was there. Highly recommend!

Cute and clean

This cabin is cute and clean. It's big enough for four people maybe 5 if some are kids. The kitchen is big too. The yard is very big and makes it super easy for a big boat trailor. It is minutes from the public boat ramp and we really enjoyed our stay.

Private relaxing safe place..

Great host! Super clean…We loved the view overlooking the marsh, taking walks and enjoying the nature of the area. We also had a great area to walk our dogs.. Hope to go back again..

Fantastic stay off the beaten path

This place is so cute and simple! 2 adults and 2 kids (8 and10) fit perfectly in this cozy little house. Truly off the beaten path, you will find yourself with time to do nothing but relax and enjoy nature. Elaine (who lives next door) was a wonderful and very attentive host, but she also gave us plenty of space. I would definitely recommend this place! One thing to be aware of (which wasn’t an issue for us) is that the nearest restaurant is about 25 minutes away, and groceries are only available in gas stations from what we saw. Bring everything you need, and then chill and enjoy!

Quant cabin

We came up for a short getaway. Elaine met us at the cabin. It’s a little bit of a drive into Perry. But, we loved the seclusion and being at the cabin. I wish we could have had more time there!
