Great house all the way around! Great host! Very clean! Our family had the best trip and it mainly was because this house offered all the things: pool, close to the beach, fishing, kayaks. It was super easy to communicate with host! Highly recommended

The house overlooks the beautiful cove - it is a short (3 minute) walk from the beach but the house is waterfront and has sand and dock and water toys and a fishing area - really lovely and well maintained. Tje host was responsive and helpful - we would come back!

We stayed at Key Line Cottage with friends and everyone agreed that it was a beautiful house, well furnished and in a great location. Communication with Chris was great and he responded quickly to the few questions I had. The house was stocked with everything we needed; there were lots of beach chairs, a wagon, toys, etc. Beds were comfortable and had very nice linens. Great place for getting together with friends or family!

The property could have been a little bit cleaner. For the price we paid, the kitchen cabinets could have been more updated. One of the toilets in the bathrooms had a smell to it that was not resolvable. And there was a little bit of trash that had to be picked up. The beach gear in the storage closet was unusable in my opinion because it was rusted and some of it was too moldy to use. Other than that, the place is nice and roomy and we enjoyed the pool.

Perfect!

Can’t say enough nice things about this house. Even more beautiful than the pictures. Super clean inside and out. Great communication with property management.So much to do with the games, heated pool, tennis courts, and kayaks. Location was wonderful. Quiet area but so close to fun activities and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Location location location!!

The home had more than enough space for the 3 of us. The beach was easily accessible by a short walk. My only complaint is the tv in the master bunk room kept rebooting. We rent a lot of properties and Chris was by far the best host we have encountered.!!

Family vacation

We brought our kids and grandkids together for a family vacation. This home was perfect for our needs!! My 3 year old grandson was in the pool within an hour of arriving. Close to the beach and we felt as though we had the beach all to ourselves! Being on the inter coastal was an added treat! We used the kayak and paddle board. The home was exactly as advertised - even better! Chris, our host, was wonderful from start to finish - he always got right back to me whenever I had a question. If there was something not on the property, he made sure we got it. If we go back to this area again, we’ll definitely want to stay in this home!!

Best of both worlds

If you’re looking for a place that gives you an easy and quick access to the beach, a private house with pool and various activities within arms reach this is it. When you don’t want to go to the beach you can hang by the house- kayak, paddle board, fish, swim, play games etc. If you want to go to the beach it’s a short easy walk. The house comes with everything you need for your vacation. I highly recommend this place to anyone! Additional plus, no need to pack essentials for the beach or fishing, it’s all there. It includes toys, beach wagon, umbrella, life jackets, floats, boogie boards, cooler, and games. All you need is your essentials and clothes and you’re good to go. Chris was extremely prompt and helpful when we had questions about our stay, needs or recommendations. The bedrooms were very nice, comfy and relaxing. Plenty of towels and every bedroom had a full bathroom. The kitchen supplied everything you needed and there were two refrigerators (one in the kitchen and one in the storage room by the pool). 5 stars all around!!!

The house was perfect! The outdoor amenities were excellent, and it was just a short walk to the beach. The private access was a nice touch, and most days there were only a few families around. I would definitely recommend this home, and we will be staying again!
