The property was misrepresented in several ways, and our stay was disappointing and uncomfortable. First, the listing misleadingly includes photos of Pensacola Beach, which is over 40 minutes away, creating a false impression of the property's location. Additionally, the listing claims the property has been "recently updated" with photos that do not match the current, outdated, and poorly maintained state of the home.We also encountered the following issues during our stay:-Keyless entry was advertised, but we found a lockbox with a physical key—unexpected and inconvenient.-The property was not clean, with a strong pet odor throughout.-Doors showed visible wear and gaps that allowed insects to enter.-Broken blinds on the front window and no blinds or curtains on the back door.-The living room couch was severely worn and uncomfortable.-Rugs were dingy, with a visible stain on one bedroom rug.-Bed linens did not appear fresh.-The iron was burned and unusable, and no ironing board was provided as listed.-The Wi-Fi information provided was incorrect, causing unnecessary frustration.Due to these combined issues, we decided to leave after the first night. I have requested a refund for the second night, but I have not received a response.
