There was a big delay in checking in. We were told this was due to a new system. Other than that everything else was good. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was adequate. They had a small gym that suited our needs. It was a bit noisy because of the open layout but it didn’t disrupt our sleep.The beds were comfortable and my husband and I both really liked the pillows.

We prepaid $234 for the weekend so when we got there we only needed to pay the deposit. The day of checkout I notice a charge of $180 I ask the front desk they don’t see it in there system but it’s taken out of my account. I call Expedia they contact the hotel same thing. The payment was just pending at that time . 3 days later they charged me again $230 I called back the notices all of the charges and told me tot wait 14 days to get the money back so that’s 180 +230 that I am now waiting on

Overall, the staff is excellent. Unfortunately, when we arrived the A/C in the dining room area had been out for days and finally was repaired after being there 4 days. Our room A/C worked great. Except for that, the rating was 4.5 stars.
