All of the employees I encountered, from the front desk agents, to the housekeeper and maintenance man were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and the area was in a safe location very close to the beach.

The beds were clean and comfortable. The AC was reliable. But the wifi didn't work 3 out of the 5 times I tried to login. The bathroom needed painting and maintenance. It took more than 5 minutes of running the shower to get hot water. Maybe because we were at the end of the building? I explained better from the Wyndham name.

Room was great, clean, HGTV, fridge, microwave, and bed was really comfortable. My only problem was that you did away with the continental breakfast. Going to the pier early we had to stop and get breakfast instead of grabbing a danish or fruit before heading out.

Nightstand light with usb post pushed in and unusable
Main power cord for in-room air conditioning hangs loose in the socket, The window curtain brushes against it
The sleeper sofa has a plywood board under the cushions that state that it is broken and not to be used.
Under the sleeper sofa right side cushion, you can see where the mattress frame has torn away from the main sofa frame
