Very pleased with the Condo and area. Communications were very specific as to check in and check out details, all entrt comes, rules and HOA polices. The Condo was exceptionally clean and had all necessities and many extras. We had absolutely no issues and will definitely stay in this unit again if the opportunity arises. Fourth of July stay

Other than a very strange elevator system, these condos were nice. The particular one that we stayed in had a great view and plenty of room. We had a running toilet that someone came and worked on while we were there. We stayed here over the Fourth of July and it was a great view of the fireworks up and down the beach.

Wonderful week

This is the best equipped condo I have stayed in and I have been on many vacations. I always bring items from home that I have had to purchase in the past for less equipped places. I did not have to pull out a single one. I do wish the master mattress had been a little more comfortable but we still hit the bed hard from fun.

Great Perdido Key Getaway

Our group had a wonderful stay! The communication at check in was great, our condo was ready as expected. The condo was very clean and set with everything you may need on vacation (both drip and Keurig coffee, plenty of pillows and blankets, starter set of necessities, closet with beach toys and chairs, even a few starter snacks!) The space worked perfect for our two families, the living area was a great size, plenty of room for everyone to relax at the end of the day. The balcony has an amazing view, comfortable seating for morning sunrise coffee! The beach was amazing and the kids enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. We were able to walk to a few dinners and a great breakfast spot. We look forward to visiting again, thank you for hosting us!

Long weekend

My husband and I stayed in the unit with our 7 and 4 year old as well as my Mother, brother and 5 year old nephew. This was the most spacious and best laid out condo we have stayed in. The decor was beautiful and they provided everything we needed and more. We loved the closet full of beach supplies. The rooms were all large and it was great for everyone to have their own bathroom. The outdoor balcony was great as well, we ate and hung out at the table out there. The kids enjoyed playing some of the games provided by the unit. It was super convenient to get out on the beach and we used the beach chair service. The kids enjoyed having both an outdoor and indoor pool to swim in. We enjoyed only having 4 per floor and being able to leave our beach things by the door instead of bringing them in the unit. We didn’t leave the grounds once we checked it besides picking up food one night. Everything was wonderful and we can’t wait to come back!

Perdido Key Hidden Gem

This is a high-floor sizeable condo on the eastern end of Perdido Key (~ 5 miles to Flora-Bama line). The property and condo are beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. On the beach, with a pool. Parking could be a challenge in peak seasons. There are a few good restaurants within walking distance, but will likely need to drive if you choose to go out. Otherwise, the kitchen if very roomy and functional to make a meal. Lastly, I would be remiss if I didn't mention the large covered patio that overlooks the gulf and one of the pools. We spent our mornings and evenings each day. We will definitely return again!

Beach Reprieve

We were all very pleased with the accommodations. The condo was just lovely. Everything exceeded our expectations. We had no issues with anything which left us to relax and enjoy all that the Florida offered. The beaches provided scenic views , loads of waves to frolic in, and sea life to experience.
