The property was in a great location, just across the street from the beach and walking distance from the bay but unfortunately was very dirty and very run down. It was clear it had not been cleaned, our feet were black the first night after walking barefoot. There was broken glass outside under the patio, trash found on the patio. We did ask for a partial refund, but were told the cleaners could come back to clean instead, which was not convenient considering we had a pet staying at the property with us. Over all the property itself didn’t meet the overall standard that it should. The doors were falling apart (the storm door literally broke off and wouldn’t shut as we checked out), the bedroom doors had massive holes that had been spackled over and unfinished, and stains were on some of the furniture. There was also a cracked window. If you have kids, don’t stay here. But I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone for that matter.
