Sonia was a wonderful host. She was incredibly responsive and ensured we had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Check in was a breeze, and the entire process was seamless. The home is well-maintained, spotless, and filled with beautiful natural light. Just a heads-up for future guests: the property is on the third floor, so there are quite a few stairs to climb. We loved the private pier and were even surprised with a puffer fish catch on our first day! The location is perfect and within easy walking distance to the beach. Although we didn't use the spacious pool, it looked very inviting. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Pensacola. Thanks, Sonia!

The location was great, close enough to town and far enough to be quiet as well. Quick walk with the family to the beach just across the street was perfect for my young kids. Very spacious for a two-bedroom and we had plenty of room. Host was great and available for any questions.

The location was perfect and fit our needs! We really enjoyed the views waking up every morning. The pier out back was a hit with my fisherman husband and definitely a nice perk of this place! There were minor things that couldve made our stay better, but overall would definitely recommend!

I’m disappointed; we moved out after just one day! The property is actually old, and much of it doesn’t look like the pictures, in my opinion. It was dirty, the floor was covered in sand from previous guests, and there was garbage everywhere. It looked like only a light cleaning had been done previously. When we opened the bed, the linens had spots and a lot of small black hairs all over! My daughter started to cry because she didn’t want to sleep there. Then we tried to open the sofa to sleep on the first floor, and underneath it was filled with empty bottles and dirt, and the sofa was even broken! We ended up bringing our own blanket because there were no clean sheets to change into. The kitchen didn’t have a kettle, pots, or anything to cook food with, except for two scratched pots that should have been thrown out a long time ago. The drain on the second floor was clogged; it seemed like the entire drain was backing up. We couldn’t even use the bath! It is obvious that there was no comfort for the guests; there wasn't even enough toilet paper (there was only a small roll that was running out), not to mention paper towels! No broom or vacuum cleaner either! The stairs to the second floor are extremely steep and high, and there is no anti-slip coating! I had to pack everything up with two small kids, all the food from the refrigerator, and all the kitchen stuff that we had to buy at a nearby store! We lost almost the whole day moving! It was not fun at all!

Comfortable and I’d stay again

Great experience from the start. Communication about property was clear and quick. Check in was simple, easy and KEYLESS which I LIKE cause I didn’t have to worry about keeping up with a key at the beach. Place is well supplied and comfortable. Bedrooms are upstairs, so if you have a ‘lil one, you might need a babygate:) The pool is huge and clean. Walmart is about 15min away and there’s a convenience store next door. The beach up front (across the rd) has a shower and a lifeguard- better when you know someone’s watching out for you.

Family Vacation

Clean and decorated SO CUTE, comfy couch and chairs and big dining table! Great location across the street from a very non busy part of the beach. It was not walking distance to the beach for us as a family of 5 with all the beach setup stuff we have to carry so we took the SUV but there was plenty of parking at the beach entrance too. Maybe if they had a balloon wheel cart available for use, that’d be helpful! We appreciated the fans available for use in the bedrooms! Pool is huge! Both king and queen beds were not comfy for us or our teen daughters, both mattresses are VERY firm. So uncomfy that the teens slept on the bunks the last half of the week. My only concern was there are no curtains on the patio wall that is all windows, anyone can see in. Also the curtains in the king bedroom don’t fully cover the windows so there’s no way to fully keep the morning light out if you want to sleep in any. The master bathroom needs some shelving added or metal racks that attach to the wall with adhesive bc there was no where to set the soaps, the rack hanging from the shower head was very unstable and everything just falls off of it. Also suggest some hooks in both bathrooms for swimsuits and bath towels. Also, so many stairs. It’s a 2nd floor condo but technically 3rd floor because the bottom floor is a storage and picnic table area. And then there are stairs inside the condo also. It wasn’t a big deal for us but anyone older or unable to do stairs a LOT, should know this.

The whole space was so beautiful with the best views! Literally a 5 min walk to the beach or the option to drive right across, park your car and your right on the beach! The pool was gigantic and clean! This was absolutely the best stay for us! The beds were so comfy and the set up especially if you have kids was so convenient!

Great location and condo!

The unit was beautiful, very clean, and well stocked with essentials. Location was across the street from the beach but we had a nice view of the bay. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys were available for use also. Sonia was great at communicating and making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay!

Spring Break Vacation

We had a great time! Property was just like description. Easy access to dock on bayside for fishing. Easy access to beach. You can walk or drive across the street. Plenty of parking at beach. Peg leg Pete’s restaurant is a five minute walk along with a confidence store. Unit is on the second level of this building. Just be aware that you will have to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to unit. Wasn’t a problem for though. Great communication with property manager. We would stay here again. Thanks for a great vacation!

Nice place for stay with family!

We had a great time here with family! Very clean, well maintained, well stocked property and beautifully done up too. Walkable to beach access across the street and we were able to watch the sunset from an access point behind the property too.

The property is excellent and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great and we took advantage of the free trolley stops right at the end of the driveways. The property manager was so nice and kept in great communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend!!
