Beautiful property steps from the beach. So many rooms and beds for everyone. Plenty of cooking stuff and beach stuff provided. Great stay!

10/10 would recommend! We had an amazing time and the house was perfect for our large group of 20. They thought of everything. Everyone had their own bathroom, plenty of hot water, hose and outdoor shower were excellent for rinsing off sand, tons of beach chairs/floats/toys, and a 1 min walk to the ocean. Couldn’t ask for a better spot to stay! We hope to be a repeat customer :)

Such a Great Place

We couldn't be happier with the week we spent here and will definitely book again. The beach is even prettier in person and the house was clean, well appointed and beautifully decorated. There were plenty of towels and linens, more kitchen items than you will ever need and a full closet of beach chairs and umbrellas that really came in handy. We had a big family with us and there was plenty of space to sit and be together. Jenna was super helpful and responsive. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed staying here.

Amazing Beach Experience!

This property was incredibly beautiful, clean, comfortable, and big enough for a large family. We enjoyed the game room and spacious living area, and of course the white sand beach just steps away. Highly recommended!

Loved it! Had everything we needed and even the kids

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The. Jew is beautiful with lots of seating. This was wonderfully set up and accommodated all of us with almost every bedroom with their own bathroom, the game room, the beach access and fire pit outside didn’t have to bring anything except food and clothes.

A Birthday Trip with friends

Property was great - just steps from the beach. House was very spacious with modern amenities. It was very clean and well stocked with accommodations for various needs of guests. We did want to note that upon arrival, we noticed that some of the porch and patio furniture was broken. But other than that - everything was wonderful!

Great for family gatherings!

Perfect location and plenty of room for large family gatherings. Easy beach access and plenty of toys and games for the kids too. Having two washers and dryers as well as two dishwashers is a nice touch.

Pensacola Air Show Weekend

Beautiful home, unobstructed gulffront beach views. The Blue Angels flew right over the house! Steps away from the shore, easy trip up and down to get to and from the water. The property manager was friendly and available for questions. The home accomodates large families with loads of chairs and beds! We never touched the AC and the house was pleasantly cold! Can walk or bike to restaurants. Would definitely stay here again if the house was available.

Amazing Home and Location. Fun for all ages!

We were impressed by the cleanliness of the home. Everything we could need was available in the home including games for the kids and beach toys, chairs etc. we had a large group but there was spats plenty of seating no matter whether we were in the living area or on one of the amazing decks. The views are beautiful. The house was accessible for our family members in a wheelchair. The owner was extremely responsive and kind. Highly recommend this place for your vacation rental!

Overall - excellent stay.

Very nice location on the beach and easily accessible to restaurants and surrounding amenities. Furnishings are not "fine or nice" but are practical. House layout is excellent and beds are comfortable. Kids loved the arcade and air hockey. Live TV was a bit clunky, especially in bedrooms. Nice fire pit area. Only real complaint was a bad dog odor when we first checked in but it was caused by a nasty rug or two. Mid-stay cleaning was excellent. We really had a wonderful time!

Luxurious but Accomodating

This home has excellent access for all and is right on the beach for excellent views. All the rooms are comfortable and everything we needed for a great stay was provided. We took older parents and the elevator and accessible showers were a huge plus. Also, the location allows for quick runs up to Pensacola for a night out if you like.

Lovely Home and Beach

We loved this house! It was so incredibly well-stocked, so roomy and so much fun! They had piles of beach chairs and towels which I feel like I always have to go buy when I arrive at a beach house so it was wonderful to use the ones there! We loved that it was dog friendly because I won’t go to the beach without him. We worked so many of the puzzles from the upstairs bedroom late into the nights, made meals at home and shockingly- they had Karo Syrup in the spice cabinet that I needed to make chocolate fondue?!?! Crazy! Since we had five grown kids with us, it was wonderful having a whole upstairs for them to hang out and have their own spaces and televisions! Thank you to our hosts! It was a fantastic trip with our whole family from St. Louis, Dallas and New Orleans!!!!
