Amazing property, staff with. great views, amenities and the food was delicious! We had an amazing vacation!

My experience at this property did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend staying here. The property did not appear to match what was advertised or shown in the photos. The room and overall conditions were not what I expected. There were bugs present, the bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly. We also requested additional pillows and a blanket and were informed that someone would need to go to the store to purchase them. I also had concerns about the security of our belongings. We observed workers nearby while our bags were left without the level of supervision or security we would have expected, which made us uncomfortable. After assessing the property and experiencing these issues, I decided to leave shortly after arrival and returned to the Airbnb I had originally booked for the first part of my trip in St. Kitts. I requested a refund through the booking platform, but the request was denied. I am sharing this review to accurately describe my experience and help future guests make an informed decision. While I understand that accommodations can vary, I believe the basic conditions, amenities, and overall experience should accurately reflect what is advertised. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to improve future guest experiences.
