We very much appreciated the host having so many small details on hand: good quality appliances, spices, paper towels, etc. Most property owners neglect these details, but we appreciated it.

Lack of cleanliness made it difficult to enjoy. Showers were dirty, there was hair on the floors and clumps of hair hanging from a towel. The shower curtains were very dirty but replaced the next day when we messaged them. The windows throughout have not been cleaned in sometime. The oven has not been cleaned in a long time. Drains missing from sinks and tubs. Screws missing from outlets. Blinds were broken in multiple rooms. Property has not been maintained. Manager was quick to respond and gave us some money back and seemed very nice. However, if something else had been available, we would’ve moved to another rental else.

We really enjoyed this house by the temple. The house has 6 bedrooms and a game room. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and be comfortable. Our daughter got married in the temple so it was very convenient for our family with a special needs son to have this space. We would definitely stay again. The kitchen and house was well stocked with items we would need for the stay.

This was the perfect house for our trip. We had 6 adults and 4 teens in our group and there was plenty of space. The media room was a great space for the kids as well as the fenced backyard. We had a great stay!

Fantastic host and great location!

The location couldn’t have been better for us. The home was fantastic! It was clean and well kept with lots of room for family! The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Everything from check in to check out was seamless!

Amazing House

We don’t have one bad thing to say about this property! It was incredible. It had everything we could’ve possibly wanted or needed to make our stay comfortable and fun and the owners were great at communicating and giving clear instructions. We enjoyed the backyard and the downstairs movie room the most and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful, comfortable home

This home is even more beautiful in person. It was calming and relaxing, exactly what we needed. It fit all of us very comfortably and the kids and teenagers loved the theatre and fitness room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Great stay.

Perfect for our daughter’s wedding

This property exceeded my expectations. Plenty of room for our family and all the amenities we could ask for. There was even a garment steamer for my daughter’s wedding dress!! The kids had a great time in the downstairs game room and there was even a perfect space for the bride to have her hair and makeup done. We couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations!!

Best stay ever!

This house is wonderful, exactly what we needed. Absolutely loved the location, so close to the temple and anything else you need just minutes away. The house has everything that you could possibly need for a great stay. The furniture is comfortable and there’s space to spread out if you need, but also has great gathering spaces. Hosts are great as well!!

The temple house

We loved the Payson Temple House, it was a very nice location, the home had plenty of room with space for all to be comfortable. The yard was great for the kids as well. Nathalie was very informative and helpful. 6 bedrooms was perfect for our family and the Theater room was super comfortable. We will be back soon!

Great location and lots of room

Great location and lots of room. Easy keyless access to the house. Lots of extra kitchen appliances and a great common area. You can fit 4 cars without parking on the street. 1 in garage, 1 on the driveway, and 2 on the gravel. We got about 8 inches of snow in one day and someone came and immediately shoveled the driveway and sidewalk to the house. It was amazing!! We will stay here again.

Perfect Family Gathering Place

Location was perfect for our family gathering. House had everything we needed and was very comfortable for all of us. We loved it and the fact that it was right next to the temple, shared the fence, was cool too.

Perfect!

The property rental was a perfect location and home base for our son’s wedding at the Payson temple (right next door) and luncheon in Elk Ridge. The property comfortably fit 7 adults, a teenager and two infants with plenty of room for all of us. It was cozy and comfortable and had all that we needed. We were able to park our Silverado, Suburban and 3 sedans on the driveway and garage. Beautiful home, would definitely stay here again. Thanks for providing a great place to stay!

Great location by the Payson Temple

The location was so close to the Payson temple where we stayed. It had all the comforts of home and plenty of room for our stay. The host was helpful and went the extra mile for us. I have only one suggestion. We came with our adult children and all married couples. 3 of the 6 bedrooms had childrens bunk beds. As you have funds avaliable, I'd invest in queen or king beds. Then couples and or kids can be comfortable. Especially since adults are prime for visiting the temple. I'd still keep it family/kid friendly. I loved the toys and books for kids. We will definitely share the good news if the Payson temple house. Perfect for weddings, anniversaries, etc.

Great place.

Great house. Had everything we needed *except ice. 😊 Plenty of space/rooms. We stayed here as a close option for enjoying the fall festival at young living farms in Mona Utah. There were 7 adults had lots of empty rooms/beds.
