Nightmare

My partner and I went to Patong for vacation and had a 4-night stay here at this hotel. First, the photos online did not fit the description of the hotel we stayed in. From the outside of the building to the stairwells, and then finally to our room, everything was completely different than advertised online. Our room was filthy with black mold in the bathroom, unmopped floors, stained bedsheets, and bed bugs. We stayed a total of 14 hours in this hotel and then we booked another as soon as we could. I would most definitely not recommend it. 0/10

Awful bed, balcony was very small and awful view, bathroom was small and the shower was literally right next to toilet no curtain and the bed sheets were damaged. Wouldnā€™t not recommend but was good area

Sadly this was not a good stay. The price was not really budget so I hoped for something semi nice. We got a room with a view of several airconditioning vents, it was incr adibly hot and noisy and the morning we were woken up by a man doing some work on our balcony, no warning or permission requested. Just a complete invasion of our privacy. The pool was average and had rubbish in it and on the day of check out ten min before check out time we got a call to tell us to hurry up... Really unfortunate, I don't like leaving bad reviews but this was beyond silly for the price we paid.

J'ai bien Ć©tĆ© accueilli et mĆŖme le personnel a portĆ© ma valise jusqu'Ć  ma chambre. Mais attention lĆ  ou les bas blesse, si vous sĆ©journez seul dans cet hĆ“tel, les gĆ©rant vont vous attribuer une chambre telle que celle dans laquelle j'ai sĆ©journĆ© Ć  l'extrĆ©mitĆ© gauche du bĆ¢timent.. . LĆ  ou les surprises commencent, c'est la vue depuis la terrasse sur le mur d'un hĆ“tel, avec des unitĆ©s externes de climatisations fixĆ©es sur ce mur...
Vue depuis la terrasse de la chambre (A13). Le mur d'un hƓtel situƩ devant avec des traces (soit de moisissures soit autre chose...) J'aurais souhaitƩ avoir une plus belle vue (sur la mer, plus dƩgagƩee...)....

The only good this place is location. Staff were rude and obnoxious. No help at all! The place was filthy dirty and there is no way you would swim in the pool. Green and dirty. Had several people complain that things had been stolen from their rooms. Give the place a wide berth!!ā€™ Over priced and under delivered

Disgusting and not worth the money at all!

The hotel is terrible. Really dirty everywhere and not been taken care of for very long. A mess everywhere also. Room was old but clean luckily! To not connected and nothing worked! The pool area and surroundings disgusting! You cannot call it a pool, more a swamp hole! So dirty and glass and plastic in the pool! Staff do not care. A young girl was trying to do her job, bit the only one to support all guests! A really bad experience and I have been to Patong many times for many years!

This hotel is OLD. Itā€™s small, feels very run down, and the beds are rock solid. The employees were nice but it was nothing spectacular.
