One negative, we were told to take our garbage. But the trash can was half full. So we ended up removing previous tenants garbage.

Excellent Vacation Rental, Great Views

We appreciated everything provided by this vacation rental owner. Cleanliness, comfort, trendy decor, good instructions and well-supplied with everything we needed for our four night stay. We travelled with our two small dogs and found this unit to be pet friendly with the exception of not having many areas to walk our dogs, I.e. parks nearby. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We appreciated everything provided.

Excellent property and view!

This home is beautiful, and has a great view of the river. It’s extremely clean, kitchen well stocked, excellent location. There were 3 couples, very old friends, and meeting more old friends who were RVing near us. We will definitely be back! The owner is extremely responsive, and we had a great time! Thank you James!

Beautiful view

Very nice and spacious. However, lock box was broken, dishwasher doesn't work & thermostat is impossible to figure out. Host is very nice and accessible, I'm positive he would've promptly addressed all the above issues had I contacted him. We weren't there long enough to worry about it, but I would definitely stay there again.

UTV Friendly

Came to area for SXS event. Plenty of flat parking for UTV truck/trailer. House in great condition. Beds were very comfortable. Owner response was quick. Area bar/restaurants are hit and miss be sure to call ahead.

Great place to stay

This property was the perfect size for my friends and I. location...our event was at Pirates Den which was a short 7 minute drive. There was also a little convenience store/deli not far away. They keep the house well stocked with all the basics and the beds were very comfortable. Checking out was easy, as they didnt have a long list of to dos before we left. I will definiteley be booking again next year.

Perfect!

Myself and 3 sisters along with 3 children stayed the weekend at this property and it could not have been more perfect for our occasion! From the start James had excellent communication and was super helpful in the planning process. The home was brand new and had everything we needed for the weekend but nothing beat the spectacular view off the amazing patio!! The location was perfect! We hope to come here again with our families! Thank you for being such a great host James!
