While I was there, I had $300 € stolen by another guest!! The night clerk wanted nothing to do with the matter.. the room was way too cramped and uncomfortable. The balcony is even more ridiculously smaller. The rooms are barely suitable for one person. The breakfast was not free. It was definitely lacking quality

This isn't a 4 star. The base room is so tiny to sit on the toilet and close the bathroom door you'll hit your legs and feet. The sink is literally in the shower. There were stains on my sheet. Old faded ones but still. I didn't get my complimentary wine upgrade but the staff was friendly and let me check in early. I requested an iron and they brought me 1 with an ironing board with a ton of rust stains. When my friends asked for one they had to borrow mine and the guy said leave it in the hallway in case somebody else wants to use it lol true story. No cooked to order breakfast and the crepes are cold. The water is not.

A decent place in Paris in a less decent environme

Initially I was given a smaller room than booked. They made an effort and upgraded me at no extra cost. That was already very good. The spa is not really accessible - only allowed to be used during a limited time window in the morning. Good breakfast.

Great breakfast buffet, friendly and excellent service by the staff. What we love about this Hotel was the close proximity to Eurostar. Area were very close to tourist spots. We navigated around Paris thru Uber ride bec we had small kids on our trip. Recommend for family who would want to stay near Eurostar.

Mademoiselle is a lovely boutique hotel, small rooms if you’re traveling alone is perfect but if you’re traveling with a companion space becomes an issue. As most quaint boutique hotels, it is an older builder with older rooms and features. At initial scan of the room, there was hair on the floor and spiders in the bathroom bathtub. Seems as though they just did an okay job in cleaning the bathroom after the last guest. The room set-up was cute, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The area was definitely not centralized, if you want to stay near all the local tourist marks, this is not it. It was a close walk from the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre and its cute area. I recommend a local bakery by there called Leonie- BEST CROISSANTS! Go at 7 am to enjoy these freshly baked.

Kind of hard to have the sink inside the shower, which means if you wanna want to brush your teeth you are standing on a wet floor, which is above the level where the toilet is, but the shower spills water everywhere onto the floor. It is unavoidable.
