The hotel staff was amazing. The room was fairly large for European hotel standards… clean and great showers. The hotel is in an excellent location walking distance to several tourist attractions and many delicious restaurants. Would certainly stay here again. I will say if you stay street side, the traffic is a bit noisy but nothing unmanageable. Thank you to the hotel staff for amazing hospitality.

Accessing the hotel by car is extremely difficult—whether you're arriving or departing, and especially if you're carrying luggage. The building itself is quite dated, and the elevator feels unreliable, as if it could break down at any moment. Staffing is minimal, with only one person available during my stay. I attempted to print a document, but the printer was out of service. On a more positive note, the surrounding area offers plenty of dining and entertainment options. That said, the cost is disproportionately high for the experience provided. I wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

I had a single room which was very small. But clean, and quiet. Bathroom was very tiny (I’m a tall person!). Staff was very friendly. Area was very upbeat. Air conditioning! I was there on a Thursday but heard weekends are very busy!

I booked a king size bed , but when I checked in they gave me a queen size bed . I spoke to the front desk and I was advised that this is the largest bed that they had and it is their king size bed as their queen size bed only fits one person . The room is completely different from the photo on the website . Instead of a clean bright white room , they gave me a dark olive painted room with striped wall paper - total opposite of the photos . The room also did not have a closet or drawers to hang clothes , The room needed repair and painting as it was falling apart . The website stated it was a four star hotel , but it’s definitely not a four star hotel . The sign outside only has 3 stars . Our room was on the 4 th floor and it was super noisy . You could hear the traffic noise and people talking from the streets . If you are booking this hotel based on the photos from the website you will be completely disappointed .
