Staff was good and helpful when asked, but room was in poor condition and not as advertised in photos. Our initial room was terrible and smelled strongly of food/cooking, so the reception managed to provide us with a different room which was slightly better but still not good. The bed was low to the ground, no headboard, and mattress was not very comfortable. Overall housekeeping in hotel seemed lacking as there were crumbs all over the carpets in the hallways. One positive is that it’s close to the train station.

Personnel courtois et très attentif. Mes requêtes ont trouvé rapidement écho auprès du staff : remplacement le lendemain du flexible de douche qui fuit légèrement mais qui ne dérangeait en rien la prise de douche si ce n’est la petite fuite d’eau. impeccable séjour de 5 nuits dans le calme. L’hôtel est à proximité du RER C (5 minutes à pieds) Je n’hésiterai pas à y retourner lors de mon prochain voyage en France. Établissement recommendable.

Perfect for a last minute trip to Paris. Amazing value, really friendly staff & great location just by the station. You could also walk to Chateau de Vincennes along the Seine, which I did on the Sunday which was a lovely bright day (chilly, but sunny!) Apartment was very cosy & still felt festive :)

The stay was okay, especially for what you pay for. The main problem was that the person working the front desk scammed us by booking a driver that forced us to pay 80 euro for a 15 minute drive. Never believed a hotel would do that. Be careful about this hotel, they aren't on your side.

Although a bit out of the city, the hotel is very close to a train that runs about every ten minutes and runs right to the heart of Paris. We loved being in a neighborhood where people live and going to the bakery, grocery and restaurants that had no tourists. The room was clean and large. We loved the blackout shutters. Staff was helpful and breakfast great. Our only issue was that the shower was only room temperature (while the sinks had fully hot water). We would definitely stay there again.

My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful! From the very beginning, the staff made me feel welcome and were always kind and helpful. The room was immaculate, cozy, and very well taken care of. The hotel is like an apartment. They will charge you €50 if you don't throw your trash out and wash your dishes when you check out. The hotel is 5-7 minutes away from train station but it's too far from the city. It takes 1 hr to the city or 40 minutes by uber.

The cleaning staff sprays something in all the rooms that had my daughter and I extremely sick with headaches and nausea. The room had furniture that was falling apart and gross.
