Our apartment is located in the heart of Paris, the Saint Michel district on the left bank of the Seine, and borders the Latin quarter and Saint Germain des Prés.

As soon as you enter the premises, the beige and gray tones of the lounge will instantly immerse you in an atmosphere of calm and serenity, in total contrast to the hustle and bustle of Parisian life.

Thanks to our large smart TV, you will love to find your favorite series.

Our rooms are furnished with elegance and taste. We have chosen excellent quality bedding, as well as our bath towels and all linens.

In the open space kitchen you will find: fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, crockery / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. and dishwasher, that is to say everything you will need to prepare a meal, a snack or an aperitif with friends or family.

You will stay in the heart of the Saint Michel district

This area offers a perspective on various historical sites: Notre Dame de Paris Cathedral, the Palais de Justice and the Louvre museum. You can also easily reach the Saint Séverin church in the Latin Quarter and the Saint Germain abbey in Saint Germain des Près.

Large, centrally located Paris Apartment

This apartment was very large and fully appointed. It's location on 1/2 a block from the Seine and between Notre Dame and the Louvre was perfect. Lots to do near by. I think it is useful to clarify the bath and sleeping arrangement. On the ground floor is the kitchen/dining room with one pull out sofa. There are also 2 bedrooms (1 queen and a single bed in each) and one split bathroom, meaning that the toilet is in a different room than the sink and shower. Downstairs in basically a playroom with 2 pull out couches and 2 full bathrooms.

Clean. Lots of sleeping beds but a lot are pull out couches. Great location on edge of Latin Quarter. Needs some finishing touches - toilet paper holders, shelves in bathrooms, closets/hangers for clothes, mirrors. But overall good value.
