Off the grid

Property owners are kind and communicated early about stay. House was clean and as pictured. Didn't realize there would be no wi-fi, no TV, and no hairdryer. We didn't have cell service there, so without wi-fi we couldn't communicate with the host to get check-out instructions. House was heated with wood stove, but no carbon monoxide detector. Wasn't clear from listing that you are staying in one half of the farmhouse. River was beautiful.

Perfect overflow place for Quinn Hotsprings

Cozy fire welcomed us upon arrival. Nice quiet spot with room for family. It was just two of us this trip but would love to come back with a group. Enjoyed our visit

Beautiful Property

One of the members of our group commented, "I've travelled on this road so many times in the last 5 years and never knew there were houses so close to the river." It's a gorgeous and remote location that allowed our entire group to recharge. The owners were fantastic and super accommodating. The house itself had everything we needed and the grounds were very fun to explore. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful and relaxing

The hosts were wonderful. The house is perfect for 6 to 8 to enjoy time together. The kids can unplug, spend time out, read, play board games. The river is just 100yards from your front door. Walk down and skip rocks or sit on the porch and relax.

Paradise

A charming farmhouse in a very scenic setting provided all the amenities we needed while conducting our business in the area. Not our purpose this time, but with the adjacent glamping sites, it seemed perfect for a family reunion.

Fun Girls Getaway

We had such a wonderful time. The property was so beautiful and peaceful right on the Flathead River. The accommodations were so clean and nicely decorated. Wish we had more time to stay and enjoy just being here. The property managers were so friendly and accommodating and truly cared about their guests. I would highly recommend staying here.

A treasure in Paradise

Quinn's resort is as close as can be and the peace and quiet offered here is so wonderful. It's on the river with amazing views and surrounded by beautiful fruit trees & flowers. Annie was very welcoming and helped us to feel right at home. We traveled with our two small children and parents, and there was plenty of room for everyone, and the beds were very comfortable. The kids loved watching the chickens and spending time on the decks. If you're looking for a home away from home and to feel like family - this is your place!

Montana at its best!

Charming. Homey. Beautiful. This place has it all. The gracious hostess met us as we arrived and shared information we needed. Inside we were welcomed with a note and delicious cookies. The rooms are large and tastefully decorated. Definitely want to return again

Beautiful river spot

Enjoyed my stay at the farm house very much. It is a nice break from busy hotels. I also enjoy seeing a small business being developed. The family works very hard to provide a great experience. The river location is beautiful. Very convenient for the surrounding valley. I would stay there again.

Comfortable Farmhouse on the River

The Farmhouse was very clean and well organized. The kitchen had everything we needed and we really enjoyed sitting around the table and playing cards. The bedrooms were roomy and the sheets and mattresses were extremely comfortable. It was easy to see that the owners had put a lot of time and effort into making it a very comfortable rental. The rental was easy to find. The owner gave me very good directions. It was so nice to be close to the river and to have a great view of the mountain across the river. Plus, it was wonderful to be only two miles from Quinn’s Hot Springs. We spent the afternoon and evening there and had an excellent dinner at the Harwood House restaurant. We enjoyed our stay very much.
