We had a great stay! The house was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, just a short and easy walk to the private beach access that connects to the public beach. Even our kids (ages 6, 10, and 12) had no trouble helping carry beach chairs and other gear down to the sand.The pool was clean and a great option for relaxing after the beach. We also found it easy to get to other areas along 30A from the property. Communication with the host was excellent—very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay.We’d absolutely stay here again if we return to the area. Highly recommend!

Overall great property. Clean, well stocked. Easy walk to beach, which was very family friendly and not crowded. Only downside was the inability to turn off the alarm on the back door to the pool. A great feature if you have small children, but a bit of a nuisance if not. Also would have been good to include the details of how to operate the alarm in the guidebook. Easy to figure out but a big scare the first time it went off.

Great stay, close to beach!

We had a great weekend trip at this lovely home. The space was spotless & clean. They were quick to respond to messages and texts throughout. Only piece of feedback is we wished there were more bath towels & beach towels. Other than that, absolutely perfect!

Excellent location

Excellent location in a great house with a pool. We had a terrific time. The house accommodated our family and cousins perfectly. Having the pool onsite is great for the kids and the walk to the beach is under 5 minutes. Great stay!

Bridesmaids Getaway

My bridesmaids and I spent an incredible and perfect long weekend in this house. The house itself was beautiful and perfect for a group of 9 adults. We especially spent the bulk of our time by the pool, and we made some of our best memories swimming and hanging out by the incredibly private pool area. The location was perfect to restaurants and stores, and a very convenient walk to the beach. The beach was beautiful and quaint and I couldn’t have asked for a better trip to celebrate my future marriage!

Great house close to everything

Went for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and the house was perfect! It was raining 2 days while we were there but the house gave us a great place to hang out and celebrate the future bride!

Bachelorette Weekend

My older daughters 44 and 41 hosted a Girlfriend Bachelorette party for their 31 year old little sister and 12 of her friends. They said everything was clean, so "perfect" and plenty of beds and bathrooms! Great LR for watching movies, close to everything! and loved the pool area! Thank you so much! I'm hoping to rent for MY girlfriends after the wedding!!

Reed Family Vacation

This home was perfect for our family. The 5 minute walk to the beach was so easy and we had fun searching for crabs, playing in the sand and viewing gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. . We loved having our private pool and spent lots of time swimming. The house is very nice and equipped with all you need. Great stay at Koinonia at the Beach!

Excellent home to stay in for a family

Koinonia was beautiful. There was alot of hair left in one of the showers and a roach noted on arrival. But overall, the home was just what I needed. I have three little girls who loved the bunk over full and full bedroom. The pool was clean and beautiful. The put put area was a fun spot for the girls. There were a multitude of games for the kids to play. The highlight was the beach access at the end of the road. It is a home I would definitely stay in again. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Family reunion

Our first time together since COVID-19. House well appointed and accommodated 11 of us. We all enjoyed the pool and the putting green. Easy walk to private beach access but 4 sets of stairs was a problem to some of them s.

Koinonia House

We had a great time in the house. It has lots if space and we loved the fact that each bedroom has their own bathroom. The Pool was very nice and the kids enjoyed it very much. The only problem we noticed was the bathrooms specially the toilets were very dirty and we had to clean them as well as sweep the floors. Also the dryer has a loose gasket inside that stained all of our clothes. We called maintenance but never went back to fix the problem. We had a great family vacation.
