Would look elsewhere!

Upon arriving to the condo we discovered the top floor AC to not be working and it was 80 degrees on the floor.. So the guest upstairs had to sleep miserably. We reached out to the host and the next day they sent out a company that said they fixed the AC. We had been at the beach when they fixed the AC but when we arrived back at the house we discovered the downstairs AC to now not be working (the thermostat wouldn’t cut on)

Great getaway

Everything was great! We loved the house and spacious living space. The master was also spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and it was convenient to the pool and beach. The kids loved riding bikes around and to the shops!

Beautiful. Great location

The area is beautiful. Perfect for families and young adults. Only con is that restaurants nearby are extremely overpriced. But this home has a beautiful kitchen and a Publix grocery store is less than a Mike away.

Great getaway

The house was beautiful and very clean when we arrived! The neighborhood is so cute and is in a prime location to all the shops, restaurants and beach access. We thought the pictures online didn’t do this place justice. Finding the check in location was a bit tricky. The directions to find the house w the yellow awning was not clear enough given the fact that all the buildings at the pool were the same color. However, once we found it, it was an easy process after that. The only thing we noticed in the house was the fridge had a very strong fish odor. Also, the kitchen sink got clogged on our second day there and the disposal was not working properly. Other than that, we loved this house and would definitely stay here again!

Lacked

Not our first choice of homes and was stuck with this one due to others being booked up. If you have the option pick another home in this neighborhood. Great neighborhood and pool. This home overall lacked in several ways. The home was not fully equipped and needed extra attention to maintenance. Our kitchen sink and dishwasher was backing up even after they cleared it. Fans were filthy and the mattresses had horrific stains on them. Didn’t see that until we stripped the beds upon leaving. Light bulbs were out on the third floor bedroom and tv control batteries needed replaced for they were not all working. One good thing I can say is that the AC works great! Honestly I would just pick another home. We enjoyed our stay in Seacrest and Rosemary beach but wish we had picked a nicer home better equipped.

Nice stay at beach but issues with cleanliness

Overall, property was as described. There were not enough towels (none provided for beach), not enough blankets, and no trash bags, extra toilet paper, or any kitchen cleaning products. Slight issues with level of cleanliness in the common areas (fridge was quite smelly, oven was incredibly dirty), but for a weekend getaway, it was good.

Some good and some bad.

Efficient operation. Comfotable bedding. Property was mediocre on many levels. Rugs, basic upgrades to furnishings and kitchen utensils would improve the static feeling of the home. You can hear every movement through the house. Generally speaking, the property lacks warmth.

Not long enough

We set up a quick visit while the kids were on fall break and had a great time. The checkin process is at the pool, so don’t forget to pre-register (takes about 2 mins) and everything will be waiting on you when you arrive. You’re a 4 min walk to the pool, a 2 min walk to the green space and nice stroll to coffee, crepes, bike rentals and live music (during early fall). It’s a great getaway and we had a great time.

Great House and Location

The house was a perfect location for my family. We got to enjoy my birthday weekend and celebrate with family. The only hiccup was the check-in process wasn’t clear that you have to go to the pool area to check in and get wristbands and parking passes to make sure you aren’t towed or ticketed.

Great location on 30A

Beautiful home off 30A. All the beds were very comfortable. The space was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 5 kids. The pool was wonderful. However the beach was small and packed. The guards at the adjoining properties don’t let you outside a small area. Also, I would suggest you bring everything you might need to cook a meal as nothing is provided including salt and pepper.
