GREAT place to stay. It’s cozy, clean and ON the beach. I felt safe the entire time. I would like to have seen more mirrors through the place so multiple women could get ready at a time. Bathroom is extremely small. Overall, 10/10 and will stay again. I will just bring a mirror

The property was nice, and just the right amount of room we needed for my husband and daughter. We did inspect the room upon arrival and it appeared to be clean so we didn’t have anything to complain to management. It wasn’t until later in the evening that we pulled out the couch for a bed and the cover was very dirty and hadn’t been washed. We just removed it and applied new sheets that were in a pack in the room. It should be explained that the condo as a whole is beach front, but the room is not. You can see the ocean from the side but not like the listing suggests as an “Oceanfront Condo”. I really wasn’t a fan of the parking situation. It was constantly full and if you pulled out, someone was right in behind you filling that spot because parking is so scarce. It talks about the parking being limited all over the building, but the listing doesn’t explain this well. It was honestly just stressful because while yes, you can park across the street at a dollar store, no one wants to haul a toddler across the street with all your things and traffic through that street is very busy. The building is also under construction with certain areas blocked off. During the end of our stay, we could smell neighbors using marijuana a lot and it wasn’t pleasant but we managed and checked out a day early just to get home. Overall, it wasn’t a horrible experience and we liked the room itself, we just felt like a lot of stuff is left out in the listing that should have been mentioned.

Vacation 2025

The only bad thing that i can say was i dropped my pillow and blanket and went back to get it and someone threw my blanket in the garbage and took my pillow. The parking was not good but loved the place over all. Would have loved to know that i was on the road side and not the beach. Over all i really enjoyed it.

We loved our stay and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The only drawback was that our room was on the street side instead of the beach side, and it was very noisy late into the night.

Quick vacay

1st time staying at the FontianeBleau and really like it. It’s perfect place and size for two people. The location was perfect being kinda in the middle of PCB and the beach was not crowded due to the private beach on one side and not a lot on the other side. We will be going back to stay here in the future

Enjoyable family trip!

The condo was as described. Very cute. Good location. Queen bed was comfy. Couch pull out bed wasn’t very comfy for my daughter and it squeaked really loud every time she moved and she’s tiny. Floors could’ve been a little cleaner but nothing that stopped us from enjoying our stay. Pool was great and never too crowded. Beach front access is so close and was never over crowded either. We would definitely stay here again. We didn’t figure out how to get access to the gym but wasn’t a big deal. We used the stairs a lot since we were on the 4th floor. Parking was easy. Thank you for a great time!

Best Place to Stay in PCB!

I only ever stay at Fountainbleau Terrace. It is not a huge condo but it is everything you need. It sits on the beach, has a huge pool that overlooks the beach, a huge patio you can picnic with friends or family, or just sit with a drink and enjoy the sights and sounds of the gorgeous water and beach. Can’t say enough good things!!
