The layout and amenities of this home were perfect! We enjoyed the bikes and outdoor fireplace. The kitchen was perfect for meal prep with our large family!

Our group of longtime girlfriends loved this house. We cooked together for every breakfast and dinner with plenty of room to gather, eat and talk, both inside and out. The bedrooms were spacious. The house was a short walk to the beach and shopping. Highly recommend this Vrbo.

This property is perfect for large groups and has everything you need. It looks exactly like the photos and is a great location...close to: Alys Beach, Seaside and Seacrest. We did experience some ants in the carriage house, BUT management responded quickly and took care of it. Property Manager was very helpful. Overall, I'd rate this property 4.5 out of 5 stars!!!

The house is beautiful and in a great location. You can walk to the beach, shops, etc. We had a group of 9 and there was PLENTY of space for everyone. I will say the house is not stocked with the necessities as much as other properties are. There was half a paper towel roll, no salt/pepper, etc. When we first arrived, an entire cabinet was missing in the kitchen. They didn’t inform us of this and then thirty minutes later men showed up to replace it. A heads up probably would have been nice. Other cabinets were dingy too (the trash cabinet was about to fall off). The house was mostly clean but you could tell they had missed some spots (bathrooms). There were also so many quirks to the house that were an inconvenience. The only door with an external lock is a door that you would not use regularly. There was a keypad on the main back door but it didn’t work. Also, they informed us that the refrigerator took a while to cool things, which is accurate because things were not cold for an entire 24 hours. This seems like something they could try to fix - especially considering the price for the property and the fact that guests are always going to be coming from out of town and stocking the fridge. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but I do think there are some things that could be done to improve the property for future guests.

Great family stay

The good: The house was perfect for our group- large extended family ranging from baby to older grandparents. Having a bedroom on the main floor was great for the older set not to have to climb stairs, the master on the second floor had a huge closet that was perfect for setting up the pack n play for the baby to have a quiet spot, and the carriage house was great for the parents of the teens to get away!The outdoor spaces were also so nice, and we had a lot of fun in the plunge pool and around the fire. The walk to the beach was not bad- maybe 5 minutes. The kitchen was also well stocked for cooking. The bad: The house keeping was definitely not the best. One shower looked like it had been missed and there were a lot of places that just needed a good sweeping/vacuuming. There were also two bath/shower drains that needed attention. When I let the owner know, half a bottle of Drano showed up on the porch. That was only enough for one drain, and it did not begin to solve the problem. Actual maintenance workers never showed up. We struggled to get several of the TVs to work, and some did not have streaming service capability.

We've rented many houses in Rosemary Beach and this was one of our favorites. We loved the large living area to spend time together as a family. Love the pool and outdoor grilling area. The host was very responsive. The kitchen and house were very well stocked. Great location. Convenient to everything in Rosemary.

Relaxing retreat close to everything

My 4 daughters and their friends spent a relaxing weekend here. The house is well stocked with quality items. The property manager is extremely easy to work with and the check in/check out process is a breeze. We walked everywhere and enjoyed the small pool on the rainy days. We loved all the porches and comfortable beds and furniture.

Wonderful stay, beautiful cottage.

Cottage is wonderfully laid out, plenty of open space to be together as a group, as well as well appointed bedrooms to get away and rest. The home is beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained with nice lighting and plenty of natural light. We loved the courtyard with fireplace and heated plunge pool, as well. Communication was wonderful and quick response to any questions asked via text. Also, a great quiet and convenient location in Rosemary. :)

Friend trip

3 families with older teens stayed here and was perfect. Great spaces with plenty of seating indoor and out, and great bedrooms. Nice large kitchen and carriage house and decorated nicely. Porches everywhere, huge outdoor fireplace, which would be nice in cooler months. So nice that it came with bikes. Would like a better microwave and wish the pool were a bit bigger since there is so much outdoor space, but those are minor. Had an issue with hot water heater alarming during a storm in middle of the night, and management responded immediately. All three families agreed that we would stay here again and loved the house.
