I will start by saying we had a fun time on Vacation but it doesn’t have anything to do with the house. The A/C just leaked the whole time we were there it had two buckets and it was still leaking. The air mostly stayed on 75 the whole time. We mopped some the first day but I didn’t come on Vacation to clean so we just put towels down. The master bathroom shower head was broken and would not stay up when taking a shower. One of my kids slept on the sofa bed and there was no blanket we had to borrow one from another house. It would have been nice to have one. The grill spatula was gross and left outside. We found crumbs in the beds. Also there wasn’t enough toilet paper. We had 7 people in our party. Now we did forget to bring seasoning but at least having salt to use would have been nice. These basic things would have made our stay better.

Leaking upper bathroom

Excellent location.Has 2 full bathrooms and a 1/2 bath.The top bathroom was unfortunately leaking when taking a shower, causing the ceiling above the dining room to drip water. One of the beds in the upper bedroom with the 2 full beds had a few stains of blood on the bedsheet.The AC filter was dirty.If all these are fixed for future renters it will be a fine however the Soleil vacation company did not respond to all of the above information from me. I am unable to upload photos in the review.

We couldnt sleep

The A/C works everywhere except in the master room and master bathroom,evwn with the fan on is very hot in there ,the bathroom is a total sauna.but everything else is ok. I would recomend the property to have more utensils and to check back porch.. we found trash there and the grill was very nasty . The pool gatelock did not worked .

Panama Beach house

Was exactly as the pictures show. The only thing we had issues with were the dryer took a long time to dry our clothes. (About 3 hours with no towels or jeans just bathing suits and clothes) And the downstairs master bedroom air conditioner vents don't blow out a lot of air so the room is always hot. There are no curtains on the windows. The tubs drain very very slowly. We stayed about a week. The community it is in was very nice. The pool was closed everyday but the last two days of our stay. We didn't have a bad experience staying but just some things need to be looked at on their part. All in all we had a lovely vacation and would stay with them again.

Terrible

Place was not cleaned at all before we came. The worst experience we have had with short term rentals. When I reached out to the property management company they were argumentative and not willing to help at all. I wish I could post pictures so everyone could see the filth.

Short stay

We splurged on a short last minute trip to Panama City Beach. The house was nice and pet friendly. Beds were comfortable, floors all hard wood or tile, pool was having work done but it was too cold to swim anyway. Neighborhood was nice too. Would stay again. Only parking for 2 vehicles.
