The condo is absolutely beautiful, and you can tell the owners take great pride in it. However, the cleaning service failed to put flat sheets on the bunkbeds and every bed in the condo had sand in it.

The condo has an excellent location with easy walking access to popular dining options such as Señor Frog’s. From the 18th floor, the views of the beach and ocean are spectacular, and you can also enjoy a unique perspective overlooking the two outdoor swimming pools.Ample parking is available, but the spaces are small and often have poles nearby, making parking challenging, especially for larger vehicles.While the condo has a prime location, it fell short of expectations given the price. The unit would benefit significantly from a thorough deep cleaning to address several maintenance and cleanliness issues.Three out of five remote controls lacked batteries upon arrival. Although the owner promised reimbursement for replacement batteries, the payment is still pending. Additionally, the TV in the children’s bedroom had a malfunctioning remote, requiring manual operation via buttons on the back of the TV. This rendered the TV unusable for my granddaughters (aged 12 and 15).The air conditioning in the children’s bedroom and the second bedroom was inadequate, forcing occupants to sleep with doors open for better airflow. The master bedroom and main living areas had acceptable cooling, but for the price, all rooms should provide a comfortable sleeping environment.The bed in the second bedroom requires replacement. One side is overly soft, causing discomfort and pain for those sleeping on it. The main bedroom did have 4 pillows but only 2 pillow cases.

Panama City Day at the beach

This cozy little condo was perfect for our family of 8. We has spent 4 days in Orlando in the parks prior to making a stop here. This was such an incredibly relaxing 48 hours that we spent at this condo! Gorgeous view from the balcony. Uncrowded beach. Restaurants within walking distance. Clean pool! AND everyone we encountered was friendly and so kind. It really was the perfect space to relax and enjoy our family before we returned to the daily grind after vacation. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely condo!!

Beautiful place and great location!

Had the best time with friends and our kids. We had 7 all together. We fit comfortably, the place was stocked with good pots, pans and utensils. Looking forward to our next visit to PCB soon!

Great Place on the Beach

It's a wonderful property - right on the beach with a beautiful view of the Gulf. We stayed with our four kids (ages 10-14), and it was perfect. Communication with the owner was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location with Some Areas for Improvement**

The location of this condo was fantastic, offering easy access to all the attractions and amenities we wanted. We enjoyed our stay overall, thanks to the convenience of the location. However, there were a few areas that could use some attention. When we arrived, the condo was left open, which was concerning. Additionally, it was not as clean as we had hoped, with hair, sand, and chocolate on various surfaces. We had to do some cleaning ourselves to feel comfortable. The balcony door in the living room was also quite hard to open, which was a bit inconvenient. Communication with the owners was less than ideal. They were slow to respond or sometimes didn’t respond at all, which made it challenging when we had questions or concerns. Additionally, this was the loudest condo I've ever stayed in. The walls were so thin that we could hear whispers from the other room, which affected our overall comfort. On a positive note, the property itself felt very safe, which was reassuring. Despite these issues, the excellent location helped us make the most of our trip. With improvements in cleanliness, communication, and soundproofing, this condo could be a great place to stay.

Amazing experience

Propery was just as advertised. Owner answered all questions promptly and gave us all info needed in a very timely manner. One of the best experiences I've had with a property from booking all the way to check out. Very clean and well maintained condo and property. I would definitely recommend this place!

Fun and Relaxing

Our stay was amazing. It was the perfect place for my husband and three kids who are 14, 16 and 17. The proximity to the beach was fantastic and having two chairs reserved for us every day was a great perk. The pool and hot tubs were great. Not just the condo, but the entire place was very clean and well-kept. We would definitely stay there again.

Review The resort: Due to recovering from a broken ankle, i picked this property because the garage is under the condos rather than across the street. Also, the elevators are indoor. The pool area is well maintained. There’s a million condos in town and these little things make this particular building great. Location: Close to everything thing far away from the party side of town. Look at the local calendar though and avoid Ironman weekends because it was packed with participants who do not care if they run you over (literally run) The unit: We had more room than we ever thought! The view of course is amazing, the beds are memory foam and a delight. There are lamps, which maybe a weird 80s kid thing but we like using side lamps for lighting rather than “the big light”. A TV in every bedroom plus living room for downtime. Beach supplies available. Extra pillows and blankets. The owners: communication was amazing! Code was provided, questions were answered, personalized service for my stay. Overall: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Can’t wait for next trip!
