Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Some of the sheets on the bunkbed were stained, and the fan in the master bathroom was super loud and as far as the property elevators were super slow, that was a downfall, and there were lots of roaches in the parking garage, but other than that, it delivered for what we were wanting in a beach vacation super family, friendly, and the pools were great.

Was a great place to stay with kids.

There was many options for pools for kids to play in, and not to far for my kids to walk to beach. The condo was ran very well, it was quiet, family friendly. Would definitely recommend this condo to someone else!

Couples getaway

Property was clean and super spacious. We loved how the condo was kinda secluded with their own shops. Everything was in walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing view!!!

Condo was great! Clean, spacious, amazing view!! Only issue was the elevators they need more for the amount of condos there.

Perfect Place For Us

My sister and I stayed here for our annual September Beach Trip. We are not sand girls, but we love to hear the waves and swim in the pool. On the top floor, we had great views and could hear the Gulf. The condo was spacious and comfortable and pool time was unmatched. We will definitely do this again!

Great condo / terrible elevators

The condo was very spacious and beautiful. The only complaint was the elevators were incredibly slow and there were too few in the building for the amount of people coming and going.

Quick recharge

Great location. Everyone in the previous comments complained about the elevators, but they really werent that bad for us since we went at the beginning of June. Two things that could have been clearer are that the hotel is accross the street from the beach and that you have to pay an extra $100 for a parking pass and wrist bands. You can see the ocean, but there are other large buildings obstructing your view of the ocean.

First time at the Wharf experience....

This is very convenient the restaurant and beach is all right there you don't have to travel anywhere. The only downside is the room had a musty smell, and the ac didn't work properly. Thankfully it's wasn't the middle of a hot summer. But, i would stay there again.

Top floor views Amazing

It was a little confusing on using the catwalk to access the main elevators instead of the garage elevators that only go to the 10th floor. So if you stay on any floor over 10, use the cat walk over to the elevators from the garage to access the main elevators, that was the confusing part. The elevators are awful tho, out dated,digging, sometimes shut down. Kind of scary. Some of the halls where scary and unwelcoming and the resort is huge, is was definitely a beautiful condo and a beautiful view, I would def go again

The place was amazing and clean had everything you would need to start your vacation the balcony and it’s views were awesome we would definitely return to this beautiful penthouse

The condo was super nice place. Only thing I didn't like was the Elevator is such a long wait and walk to the Condo. This is out of y'alls control. But that is the Biggest down fall to this location.

Good overall

Property was great aside from the fact that the pictures online don’t reflect what you get. We were under the impression that we were getting a nice master sweet bathroom but only got a shower tub combo. Also some of the kitchen utensils were dirty in the drawers and still had food on them.

Relaxing and Beautiful Beach Days

We enjoyed staying at this condo. The only problem was the wait at elevator. It was so long for the wait because the condo has 21 floors. My suggestion for our future visitors is that try to get to Level 1 elevator to get to your level. This makes it easier and quicker for you. Overall, the experiences here were great and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Thanks so lot to the RealJoy team for making it nice, neat and cozy for us to enjoy the time there.

Vacation to Panama City Beach

Loved the location and things to do in walking distance. The only bad take away for this property is the elevators. We sometimes had to wait over 20 minutes to get on elevator and inside the elevators no air conditioner. Other than that everything was awesome.
