We loved it...Once everything was squared away...

We had a wonderful stay, once we got settled. The layout is different than most rentals and was perfect for 3 of us. The building is older but the furnishings and decor are good quality and beautifully done. The view was spectacular! The 5th level is perfect for beach and pool chair scouting, as well as being relaxing without too much noise. The unit is in a good, low key location, with some walkable food, shopping, and entertainment options and short drive to others. While the door code was accidentally omitted and wifi password was incorrect in our welcome texts, these issues were quickly remedied.The cons include the matress in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable. We found it was upside-down after a night or two and even after flipped was still very firm, but much better - this would be nothing a matress topper couldn't fix. Our only other suggestions would be to replace the washer/dryer, provide a sheet pan in kitchen, offer a few small beach chairs, and fix the lock/provide safety bar for the sliding doors. No deal breakers but kindly suggested.The major thing that might stop me from re-booking this unit was the subpar cleaning prior to our arrival. The guest bed sheets were sandy and the floors under the beds/furniture were sandy/dirty. We found food bits in the couch, as well as an empty water bottle and two toys under the furniture as well as a wrapper in a decorative plant. I cleaned what I could for us, but the unit needs a deep clean.

Nice place for families with kids. It's a 5th floor condo. Beautiful views and convenient to walking places.Could have been cleaned a little better. There will be another $50 fee when you check in that is non-refundable, guest bathroom shower doesn't work.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay at Gulf Crest. The unit itself was nice and Paula responded quickly anytime I had questions and that I greatly appreciate. The only thing I was not happy with was the cleaning of the condo. It definitely needs to be cleaned better for future guests. The location is great and in walking distance to plenty of fun things to do and places to eat. My family really enjoyed our trip and stay here.

Paula is wonderful to rent from. She stays in constant communication and is willing to quickly fix any issue you might have. We love Gulf Crest and this room was excellent as usual. We will be back!

An absolutely beautiful room and view

We reserved this condo for spring break 2024. The condo was so beautiful and clean, and the view is gorgeous! The owner was attentive and very helpful throughout the reservation and check in process. I would highly recommend this property!

Amazing stay

We stay at Gulfcrest every year for spring break. This condo was great. Furniture was comfortable and enough for 5 to be comfortable. Only suggestion, I would love to see loungers outside on the balcony so I could take a nap out there. Paula was great to work with.

Nice condo! Can't beat the view and location. Only negatives I have are the lack of basic condiments like salt, pepper and coffee filters. Also the fridge didn't make ice or water, but this wasn't a big deal for us.

Family Vacation

This was our first time staying at Gulf Crest. We were more than pleased with our room, it was beautifully decorated and smelled clean as we walked in. The whole facility was clean. All the workers around the condo were very nice and helpful. Paula was very responsive with any questions or concerns we had. I will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The best place to stay in PCB

The condo was outstanding! Exceeded all of my expectations. Ive been going to PCB one to 2 times per year for over 20 years, and this by far is the best place I have stayed. We definitely will be staying here always when we visit PCB. Nice view of the ocean, the pools and hot tubs were fabulous, and if we had any questions, Paula would give us a call, even on a Sunday.
