A washer-dryer is available for guest use. Before placing items into the washing machine, ensure that sand has been rinsed away.

Free parking is available on the street in front of the house.

No extension cords of any kind may be used to charge any type of electrical vehicles.

To ensure the safety of the home and guests, NO personal grills of any kind may be brought to this property.

Trash bins are emptied on Tuesday and Friday. Please leave the garbage bins at the end of the driveway for pick-up.
